Joyous has provided life altering assistance during a time that I felt I had no other routes. Very low dose ketamine has helped improve my severe depression and anxiety levels to mild. During my 15 months of treatment, I interacted with several providers, utilized the available resources on the portal, and even utilized the financial assistance program. While there were a few minor snags in the process (connection issues for appointments, delayed shipments, etc) I found the entire experience to be so easy, uplifting, and empowering.

I spent almost an hour dealing with their long forms, several fields didn't work and I had to start over. I finally finished and set an appointment. I did have a few questions and called their customer service number which is not staffed by a human and didn't answer my questions or call me back.

I got two reminders (text and email) of my appointment time and made sure my phone was clear and that I was monitoring my email since I was unsure how the appointment would take place.

I waited at my appointment time and gave up after a half hour. I texted their chat and was told that they had no appointment scheduled but I could make one by going through the process again.

Then I went back and read the fine print of the form I signed and realized that they would NOT allow me to cancel my subscription without going through a lot more forms and waiting a few months. I am very glad I didn't give them my credit card number.

Now I see that there are numerous complaints at TrustPilot, Better Business Bureau, and elsewhere about how they are scammers. Stay away from "Joyous."

I saw an improvement in the quality and length of sleep ( it occurs after several hours as you will not be able to sleep during the effects of the drug).I finally had dreams and felt more awake. My anxiety and overwhelming grief ( ongoing even after 2 years) made it hard to sleep more than a couple of hours or sometimes not able to sleep at all. My grief made me shut down or just turn off and my ability to be alert and make good decisions was clearly seriously impaired. A scamner got thousands from me as I just followed his instructions without any critical thinking.

Received melted ketamine because it was placed in the metal mailbox in direct sun in direct heat. The K is good up to 150 degrees according to the pharmacy. The temperature in the box exceeded this. The pharmacy agreed to replace it, but Joyous refused. I have been a customer for two years. They won’t budge. Terrible customer service. Can’t speak with anyone, everything is through text or email.

While the product itself is good and has helped me i have very serious concerns about the way the operate as pseudo medical professionals. They will never actually take responsibility for their product and will always defer to your personal provided. If other medications concerning safety. So for example, rather than saying a combination of drugs is ok or not, they deferred to the prescribing physician of my other psych meds about the safety of the interaction with ketamine treatment. He obviously refused to since he’s not prescribing the ketamine. The people at joyous are. They refused to provide or deny clearance. Also they flip flop on whether product should be stored in a cool dry place yet state it’s perfectly fine that the product sat for 5 days in extreme heat warehouse conditions and likely melted. Which is it? Store in cool dry required or not. Lastly you will never have any visibility as to whom you’re texting with and you will NEVER actually speak with a human being other than the initial intake by a “physician”

I suffer from severe anxiety with panic attacks. Often debilitating. The program has helped me to work through an anxiety attack before it progresses. The protocol and the level of assistance when needed are just right. I feel better and I am taking a long vacation that I had been pushing off, as I was worried about the getting through the airport process and a long international flight. I now know that I can handle whatever comes my way. Thanks Joyous and I’ll be back after this 60 day pause to learn more! A Very satisfied client here and I will recommend the program to others if the opportunity presents. 😄

Hello, folks. Today I finished my experience with Joyous Ketamine treatment. If approached with the mindset of healing past traumas, and a willingness to embrace and work through them, ketamine has been a great tool. In my case, it opened me up to seeing the whole picture and accepting what had happened, and helped me understand and grow into the person I had always hoped to be inside. Over past year and a half I've grown tremendously, and while there is still darkness in all things, I now understand the balance between dark and light in a better way, and have a much healthier perspective on life and existence. It is a tool, however, if the work is done with good intentions, it is a very useful one for healing. As fare as Joyous is concerned, they have been a pleasure to deal with. They really care about helping people heal, and not simply for money as a business. While their treatments are limited in respect to therapy, they help provide guidance in how to teach one to heal thyself, with the aid of ketamine as a tool to make those changes. It is a different approach, but one I have found very effective for me. I recommend them as a company, and have had nothing but a glowing, positive, experience with them.

This review is about the company not the drug. The company is all by text. They suggest that you will get an answer from them. That is not true. I have texted the same question multiple times and I never get anything but a standard reply. There is absolutely no human contact after your first appointment. I cannot leave a message because that’s for providers only and when you do, they just text you to tell you that it’s for providers only and to call 911. Very frustrating. Also, their patient portal is not intuitive at all. Very difficult to use to find what you need. One of the reviews on here specifically mentioned using the journaling prompts, which I have searched for many times and cannot find anywhere. There is a group of people that chat, similar to Facebook, but I have no way to ask a question or get an answer on there because I’m not able to post.

I selected an appointment. No one showed for the time that I selected. 2 days later I get a notice that I missed my appointment. If this is how they run their company, looks like I might be better off elsewhere. Also, no customer service responds. Nothing. I can see all the positive reviews on Ketamine, but are these reviews on the drug or the company?

Joyous seemed promising, but it's truly an awful company bordering on a scam. The clinicians barely pay attention, there's no monitoring, and it's very robotic. I'm surprised they are still legally in business given the danger they are putting people in.

Secondarily, the business side is super scammy. I hadn't received a shipment in a while, and my emails went unanswered for months, but I was still charged the full amount. When someone FINALLY responded, they refused to refund the months with no service. If I hadn't reached out numerous times, I'm sure they would have just kept ignoring my emails charging the monthly fee.

Avoid at all costs. The science is flimsy at best, and it's not worth your time. I believe in the opportunity for amazing treatment and results via ketamine, but this isn't the company to do it. Run.

The medication has helped so much. Additionally, whenever I was in need if assistance, they provided advice within 24 hours. The treatment is reasonably priced, the refills are reliable and the staff are very helpful.

Joyous is the worst company out there for at-home Ketamine treatment. It isn’t about the Ketamine treatment itself, low-dose is best for me actually.
It’s the company that’s an issue

Would you like to wonder every month if it’ll come in?
Would you like to not be able to cancel easily?
Would you like customer service from AI?
Not being able to call them if there are issues?
Would you want your treatment automated by AI?
Would like 3+ intakes appointments because your provider wasn’t open about why? Wild goose chance
Week out appointments at any given time?

Was a great experience until I tried to cancel the service after two years. IMPOSSIBLE to do that. Their AI is relentlessly incompetent and obnoxious.
The "care team" doesn't read their own messages. Avoid this venture capital driven monster at all costs!

I was excited to find an alternative therapy that was beneficial, flexible and most importantly temporary, should I choose.

I wanted to try something different that was an aid instead of a permanent medicine I was prescribed every day for the rest of my life.

Ketamine (in addition to in-person therapy sessions) helped me through some difficult thought patterns and ultimately helped me grow and break out of some of my stressful and distracting mental habits.

I feel more freedom and flexibility in my thoughts and actions than I have in 38 years.

Talk to someone, try different therapy or medication and keep going, you will get better little by little!

After experience of taking multiple antidepressants which had terrible side effects and numbed me out, I had the intuition to try something new…and I’m so glad that I tried Joyous! Joyous helped me continue to be the sensitive, feeling person that I am, and to connect with my own inner creative power to make a change. For the past couple years, I have been navigating so much uprooting change in my life, and feeling unsure and overwhelmed about my path forward. Then, the medication from Joyous consistently helped me to find joy amidst depression and gradually helped lower my anxiety, gently prompting me to use that energy in expression and creativity, and to get to see the insides of my mind through SO much journaling. Many of my sessions were spent filling pages and pages of a notebook which helped to really clear away a lot of mental obstacles that I kept feeling bogged down by. In essence, I definitely understand from personal felt somatic experience how ketamine can help create new neural pathways. And after arriving at a more stable place through making a series of different choices along the way, I see a clearer path forward and more concrete goals. I’ve decided to take a break for two months to assess. Hopefully someone will be inspired by my experience.

Ketamine has changed my life. I have much more initiative, much less depressed or anxious. I have tried many other mods for many years without any success. I appreciate the unique way that Joyous sends roaches monthly. I do not need to take off any time for anything. Infect ketamine roaches that joyous sends me enables me to work and do other tasks much easier. I have heard of ketamine infusions, starvation, but the problem I would have is having to take time off work and other responsibilities, find and or pay someone to pick me up and drive me home. I also like joyous in that this is a continuous process of providing me the roaches now for 2 years. I have looked at other ketamine roach programs such as Mindbloom.and decided against them. They are too structured for me, require me to take time out of my day to meditate, listen, and whatever. I do not have the time required to do that and ketamine best helps me when I have to do important responsibilities ND not just sit and do nothing except for thinking of the effects of ketamine. Also joyous costs the least overall of any providers! I believe Joyous knows much better what they are doing vs other providers of ketamine!

It didn't help as much with the anexity
