their fees are out of this world

their fees are out of this world. sometimes 200 percent of the bid. Every auction can be done in person and you can actually view the car you are interested in. buy a car without keys can cost you a few hundred from a locksmith.

Interface was confusing

Interface was confusing. I bid on the wrong vehicle, then tried to contact the seller immediately and the number provided was out of service. so I contacted Joyride and they would not even try to resolve the issue and I got charged for the deposit on a vehicle I did not need or want.

Buyers should proceed with Caution

I have bought multiple cars from this platform and at first I thought it was a great place to buy used cars and it can be if you time it right. However, there is more downside then up. 1. Stay away from “No Key” Cars. Everyone I have bought has major issues, especially if it looks really clean. Big Red Flag.
2. A lot of these cars have registration issues when you bring them to the dmv, I have paid more in fees then for actual vehicle
3. If your doing this for flipping things can get iffy because they report you as the seller and technically you can’t sell a car not registered in your name

Lastly, I think this concept is good but in the last few months prices have skyrocketed, not sure if this is due to good marketing or are they bidding up the vehicles themselves? I don’t know the answer but wouldn’t be surprised by the way they treat you when you go to pick up the cars. Good company from the seller side, not so great for buyers

So far so good

So far so good I like the system that I don’t have to go anywhere and bid from my phone the only thing is I can get a good deal anymore all the cars are overpriced because of the number of bidders and there’s a lot of surprises after you buy the car so it’s good and bad the good thing is the convenience but the bad thing you cannot see the car in person and that would make it little tricky

Joyride Changed Everything for Us

Joyride has been an absolute game changer for our auction. We have more than doubled our average vehicle sale price on the 200+ cars we sell a week, while at the same time reducing overhead costs across the board. Joyride is easy, free to the seller, and has opened our auction up to customers who didn't even know we existed before. No more bidder intimidation. No more braving the elements on a cold and rainy day. Our buyers are more engaged than ever, and our sales price is the proof. I couldn't recommend a product more strongly than I do Joyride. Do yourself a favor, and change your auction for the better today.

I purchased a vehicle here and resold it for a profit. It was a great experience. I recommend doing your research before, auto auctions are not for everyone. It’s best for mechanics and those who want to get their hands dirty!
