It's realy SCAM/ and my money is gone

It's realy scam, I buy a Red Bull freezer with 24 red bull cans normally €50 now for €9,99
Pay with bankcard and now I only pay for the account they said.
No not buy at these people

After I made this review, they closed my account and my money is gone.
They send me an email with possible solution, I will put my conversation emails at least Tuesday here.
They want refund me when I will remove my opinion on trustpilot. I want also my cardcost back.
I will place tomorrow the email conversation with them.

The refund is never done.
So buy nothing from JoyToyPro, they are scam an take your money. No reaction from them, and money is gone. Realy SCAM
