As I do no live near by any of the showroom, I made a purchase of the bed and mattress via online sale. The information online was somewhat limited and I wished to have more support from customer service, which was not available during weekend when I am off from my work. It is challenging to guess such as the total height of the bed (frame+mattress) as this purchase was for my elderly mother with neck and back pain. I ended up calling the customer service but did not get clear answer. In the end, I made a decision on the leg with height of 7 cm (instead of wheels), and it was the right heights of about 42 cm for her. The mattress was softer than expected and it is fine to sleep on but it is not safe for her to sit the edge of the mattress or even to stand on as it very unstable. Her neck pain improved but her back pain remains since sleeping in the new bed.
