First Class Company
As usual the work was undertaken in a friendly and professional manner from arranging the booking through to completion. JPL have been looking after the gas safety and plumbing requirements of our static caravan for almost 10 years and the service has always been first class and completely trustworthy.

Reliable and friendly: Quote and delivery on time
This was a replacement toilet cistern. Not an emergency. This review is based upon a single experience. My 50 year old toilet cistern could still flush, but you needed to take the top off. Not nice to do, but effective. I chose JPL because they are local. In my experience, the JPL office is basically run by M (I do not publish full names). The assessment was carried out by J. We discussed re-furbishment but agreed replacement was more appropriate. It was carried out by J and an apprentice on the agreed date and time. New cistern installed, old cistern taken away, job done. They (M) answer e-mails. The telephone can be problematic, but with up to three attempts you can usually get through. I can now flush by pressing a button. So far, it is working well.
