Would highly recommend this experienced company for anyone looking to get a mortgage. John assisted us massively, always provided updates without me asking, and managed to help me release funds from my home within a mere 4 weeks for a deposit on a new home. We needed to re-mortgage, having previously used John, we knew we would get a great service. He’s quick to communicate, very professional and good at finding the best rate. We needed help with some other aspects to our property and he was able to recommend solicitors and surveyors, with the whole process, although still ongoing as these things do, going smoothly. I would not hesitate to recommend John, and in-fact already have. A brilliant mortgage broker who we will definitely use again.

John was really helpfull and approachable when we have been looking at our re-mortgage and BTL property. Everything was done in a timely manner and contact was never an issue.

John has been amazing in helping us to get a great mortgage rate and insurance product, very happy customers. He is kind, thorough and puts us completely at ease and can wholeheartedly recommend him to make the process easy with great communication at every step.

A mortgage for us isn't straightforward as my husband works on a short term contracts with lots of variable pay within those contracts. There were other issues too that made securing a new mortgage slightly more tricky. Despite the challenges John managed to secure us a mortgage for the full amount required with our preferred provider and a great rate. We had to wait for certain things to fall in to place, but with Johns advice we knew exactly what we needed and when would be the right time to make our application. Once everything was submitted we had our offer back the following week enabling us to move quickly on our new home - we were thrilled!
This is the second mortgage he's arranged for us and each time it's been such an easy process. John is experienced and really knows his stuff, making sure he finds you the best product for your circumstances.
