The recommendations were good but sometimes the questions seem automated and not in line with the role. The feedback takes a long but they are very nice people and look for ways to improve your application.

People was very kind, but I would have liked that the feedback for not continue in the process had been sincere and not just an automatic email.

My experience with JPNB Consulting has been one of the best I had with a recruiting agency.

This was the second time I was interviewed by Julien Nowak, and I'm amazed about his experience. He understood my profile after just a few minutes of chatting with me, and he asked straightforward questions to expand his understanding of who I am as a professional.

His style is definitely different than other interviewers I've worked with, he's down to earth and speaks with honesty, which is not easy to find.

Julien doesn't make you go through an exhausting set of questions that drains your brain and puts you in defensive mode. He instead showcases his understanding of your profile and past experiences and based on that, he engages in a pleasant conversation about the role, the company, the context, and how you could fit into that picture.

One thing I noticed during my interview with the hiring manager is that Julien's clients trust him deeply, which is a good sign, and it also contributes to building your confidence as a candidate endorsed by him.

I applied for 2 different positions through Julien, and both opportunities seemed amazing. I even enjoyed the videos that he prepares once you've been selected to do the first assessment. You can see from that point that he's blunt and professional. It was clear to me that Julien wants to make things work for his clients and his candidates.

I'm part of the JPNB Consulting mailing list (which I recommend to anyone seeking global remote work), and that's how I gained awareness about the opportunities he's working with.

This review is real, and I got a real role through JPNB Consulting. (Just saying this because of the bad reviews I saw here) Don't get discouraged.

I know first-hand that looking for the right job can be frustrating, but trust me, If Julien has a position you might be good for, don't hesitate to apply. Encountering recruiters like him along the way makes job hunting easier and worthwhile.

Helpful feedback, and a seamless recruiting process that was totally based on skills not just certifications. Didn't feel "inadequate" when I didn't land the job because I was told exactly why.

Pretty easy and quick process. However, the questions asked could be a little bit misleading or confusing since it leaves everything to interpretation. There are companies that look for potential, others for creativity. It's hard to tell what the questions are for.
