Abysmal service. My house was managed as an AirBnb. Cleaning was not done properly. Various items in the house were damaged, including fire-door closers being removed, a doorframe was pulled away from the wall. These problems were not remedied before new guest arrived; this resulted in a 2 star review. There was a constant rubbish problem that went on for months because the wheelie bins put out were not collected because the rubbish had not been sorted.

Jessica and the team covered all aspects of managing my rental property, from advertising, and finding a reliable tenant, to regular inspections, taking rental payments, and dealing with any maintenance issues. Really would recommend them to anyone and everyone!
