DO NOT BUY FROM JPTTOOLS.COM
On July 14th 2024, I purchased a "renewed" Bosch 1/4” adapter for Bosch Pressure with order #11908 for ₹549 from Johar Electric and Power Tools (jpttools.com). The product description indicated that renewed items may exhibit slight wear and tear, comparable to new products. And I was okay with signs of regular wear and tear. However, upon receipt, I found the item to be rusted, compromising its long-term functionality.
Upon requesting a return, my request was outright rejected, conveniently citing their "no-return policy" for renewed items and completely disregarding the misrepresentation of the product's condition on their website because that doesn't serve their agenda of swindling money from their customers. This conduct reflects opportunistic business practices, utilizing misleading advertising and evasive policies to the detriment of consumers.
Buyers, please be aware of such exploitative policies prevalent in companies like jpttools.com, which prioritize profit over consumer welfare and fair customer service.
I hope my experience serves as a clarion call to buyers who are planning to purchase from this company.
