Hamzah's communication has been unbelievable, he always answers my calls and proactively calls back and proactively solves problems before they even come to me! Highly reccomend JQ Law, Monica and team are great!

7 months into what was supposed to be a 28-day auction completion. Constant staff changes, missed deadlines, poor communication, and key documents I requested over 2 months ago still not provided.
They failed to identify critical lease issues before the auction, only raising them months later. I was left feeling completely unsupported and exposed to potential penalties.
When I made a complaint, I felt pressured to retract it in order for them to continue acting for me. Shortly after, they stopped acting on my behalf altogether.
This matter is being escalated to the Legal Ombudsman and the SRA. I cannot recommend this firm. The stress, delays, and lack of professionalism have been overwhelming.

Very poor service, particularly for the last transaction we worked with them on. We referred a number of cases that we were not compensated for (even though a fee was verbally agreed with Monica Omidvar-Tehrani).

We cannot recommend Minnie at JQ Law highly enough. After an originally horrific experience with another law firm, Minnie completely transformed our conveyancing journey and restored our confidence in the process.

What should have been a straightforward, no-chain purchase became unexpectedly complex, but Minnie was exceptional throughout. She was often the voice of reason and common sense, keeping everything moving while explaining each step clearly and patiently. Her attention to detail and commitment to doing things properly gave us huge reassurance during a very stressful process.

It has been a long journey, but we are delighted that the purchase has now concluded, and this is largely thanks to Minnie’s dedication, hard work, and determination. She truly went above and beyond, and we are extremely grateful for everything she did for us.
