Dispatch of item was more than 2 weeks late. Once received, the tennis bracelet fell apart within 30 seconds. Contacted them and returned the item and requested a refund. They confirmed and advised that refund would be with 3 business days of receipt of item. JQ confirmed receipt of item and strangely enough they claim to have issues in refunding back to the credit card that was used to purchase it. 2 weeks now and still waiting for a refund.

Shipping was top notch!
I ordered earrings and it ONLY took 4 business days (from Los Angeles to Austria).
Now comes the BUT: According to the photos, I assumed that the crystals, which are slightly green in the photos, also have the same color. Apparently in REAL they are rather bluish and hardly have any shade of green. It's just a shame because the stud earrings were intended as a gift for my girlfriend and she wanted exactly the same stone and setting as her necklace.
I would really like to give 5 stars for the SUPER express delivery and support but it was very disappointing that the stone color (which should be a green amethyst) is a completely different color.
THEREFORE ONLY 2 STARS

I bought a gold chain for my dad for his birthday this January, and the links are coming apart, at the soldered areas. I have contacted JQ by email twice, and called. No one picks up and my emails are unanswered.

Excellent, helpful and patient service from Kathryn, the designer. She knew instinctively how I wanted my pendant transforming from a ring. The end result was a triumph; I love it. Thank you.

Visited in hope of finding a wedding ring and I was quickly seen by Matt. Very pleasant guy and great chatting to him. Bought a ring i fell in love with so I left very happy. Would recommend

The colour changed on the lock. I'm not sure now if its real gold I wanted to test it but didnt have tike because of my job. I have already rapped it as a Christmas gift and I wouldn't have enough money to buy another gift as I would have to wait for the refund. I will be testing it after Christmas but if its fake I'm definitely returning it whether the return date has passed or not
