JR Hopper have been fantastic landlords and I have rented quite a few properties over the years. This was my last rental before buying. Anything that needed doing was sorted quickly and to a high standard. Someone was always sent over the next day for repairs. Angela is lovely and has been very helpful and professional. I would definitely recommend.

Happy to take your money and let you live in mouldy conditions. No customer care at all. Always on the side of the landlord. Empty promises of maintenance.

Unprofessional, incompetent, lazy and deceitful, I may have been unluck but 2 out of the 4 people I spoke to at JR Hoppers demonstrated utter lack of the basic and simple skills needed to work never mind in a professional office.

It was like they have a belief they can operate to a standard that is acceptable in the Yorkshire Dales without any regard for serving a wider audience, plus what they say matters, which costs customers money.

I will never use them again and encourage anyone who is selling a property in the Dales to go elsewhere!

Based on the above review JR Hoppers & Co have asked to engage with me to justify the statement and address the issues. Clearly having received such shocking service I have no intention to wasting my time helping them improve what is clear and can be addressed with some basic introspection.
