Acceptable.
The format of the translation is really good (it perfectly copies the original document) and the delivery time is quite fast. However, there were several translation mistakes which I had to correct myself upon receiving a first draft of the translation. Some of the mistakes were not even amended in the second draft, so I had to ask for those to be corrected again. It was what I wanted, a certified translation, but the fact that I had to correct several mistakes makes it highly unprofessional. For example, I don't think a professional translator can write 'eigthy' instead of 'eighty'. At least I got a chance to revise the draft before they sent it to me.

This is the second time we have used JR :Language for translation services. This second time, we had several documents which were more lengthy..They were translated promptly and we were provided with a draft to review before final was sent out. I think the price is about standard for this type of work and they do a professional job. I will use them again if needed.

Great, fast service!
After I submitted my French diploma, a correspondent from JR contacted me and quickly assessed my needs.
I wrongly asked for a notarization, but I had paid for it.
JR was able to issue a refund with no hassle.
I would recommend this service to others.
I have used another service, J. Silny & Assoc., and the process to get your documents translated was not as streamlined.
