Microsoft ITQ Level 1

An excellant course that was delivered in a very professional manner, my confidance in IT Skills has risen dramatically in only 5 days. Highly professional Trisner that delivered the course precisely and in a way that we could each understand. I am delighted with the outcome.

GIVE IT A TRY

I had learned how to work with microsoft word, powerpoint and spreedsheet. And my opinion is both teachers are very kind and they are ready to help you when you dont understand something or you are stuck with it. So I would definitely recommend to everybody at every age to do it! And besides its only one week and it will help you allot when you want to find a job in the office.

IT TRAINING

We could have more content, it was good but I still think could have more topics to go through.

Good course but could do better.

The week started out badly. There was a distinct lack of understanding that the client group for this learning experience was adults. We were treated like children and patronised in the worst possible ways. Many complained and several were ready to quit. However, I’m glad I persisted as the quality of teaching was good. But the organisation of the course on the last day was appalling as we we all waited for the correct paperwork to arrive before we were eligible for certification. This was the fault of the head office and not the trainers.

In conclusion, quality of teaching was good and they took into account the varying abilities of the class. The patronising behaviours stopped after the first day due undoubtedly to our complaints. The administration should be improved exponentially if the company want to get better reviews.

ITQ Level 1

Rachel Guy was the first person to contact me to discuss what I was wanting to learn.
Rachel emailed all details of ITQ 1 course and location address pre course but no map. Finding out exactly, where the course was being held was not possible no signage.
Monday piece of paper Great
The room was newly painted and airy 2 toilets however no hand towels or soap in one toilet.
There were problems with the Internet reliability which were soon rectified.
Lennie Prosper was our Tutor. Lennie made us all feel at ease at the beginning of the course. Friendly, encouraging, has a huge amount of patience. Very willing to give us all snippets of knowledge about many things related to use of the Internet.
Lennie taught all modules in a way that I found easy to understand.
Excel spreadsheets were something I thought I would find very difficult because I am not good at maths.
Explained well by Lennie I'm now able to make sense of what I need to do. I just need more practice.
Power Point and Word I enjoy presenting my documents in word processing with page numbers and font and colour already but I have learnt so much more about document production and mail merge.
A tutor who made what could have been a boring update into a course which I was sorry had come to the end Thank you.
I would highly recommend JRNY SEP to anyone wanting to study for IT qualifications. I am looking forward to working on level 2.
