just want to say a massive thanks to Lisa for our holiday! booked a holiday to Mexico for my girlfriends 21st and it did not disappoint, Lisa made sure we had a fabulous hotel at very good price and nothing was too much to ask!! She was always on hand to look through a number of hotels for us and helped us find the right one! Hi just back from a gorgeous holiday in Paphos first time in Cyprus it was amazing we stayed at the aquamare hotel which was lovely brilliant sea view got Lisa to add in extra weight for luggage and I needed it lol 😂 the staff at hotel all very friendly and could not do enough of if I had one complaint it would be not a lot of entertainment however we could hear music from hotel next door which was great actually I would like to thank Lisa and her team fantastic holiday and would defo use jrt travel again ❤️

I found Lisa on a group where we connected lisa organised our daughter and son in law there perfect proposal. Lisa went above and beyond for them .

Can not fault JRT Travel at al. Amazing customer service. Lisa is lovely and recommended Bianca Island to us. It was like paradise. My husband and I didnt want to leave. W are back home now. Will definitely book through JRT Travel again for day trips. Next year will be the first I will be booking a holiday through them too.

I have just booked our 5th holiday now with Lisa and have also recommended her to numerous family and friends who in their words, wouldn’t book through anyone else now. Every time Lisa is so quick with her reply whenever I message and is very patient even though sometimes I can be very vague with what I’m actually looking for from my holiday 🙈🙈 she goes out of her way to make recommendations and help in any way she can. We booked a few excursions through Lisa at JRT, Bianka Island, stargazing with quads, and a taxi to the marina. Honestly, every single experience exceeded our expectations.

The drivers were always on time, polite, and just genuinely lovely, and we felt completely safe throughout every trip which as travellers in a new country meant a lot. Our taxi to the marina was with Lisa's husband Scott, who gave us a brilliant rundown on Hurghada and was every bit as great as Lisa.

The quad riding was a highlight, 90 minutes that went far too quickly, and the traditional Egyptian show, food, and stargazing afterwards were just incredible. One of those evenings you know you'll still be talking about years later.

What really set JRT apart was Lisa herself. Communication was so easy and she has a warmth about her that made it feel less like booking a service and more like chatting to a friend. Responsive, reliable, and completely stress-free from start to finish.

We loved our experiences so much we're now seriously considering asking Lisa to help us plan our wedding abroad. That says it all really.

Absolutely excellent!!! Made our whole holiday. We were recommended to contact Lisa at JRT by a friend. We were new to Hurghada and wanted sound advice for trips. She was kind enough to meet us to go through trip options and booked them all so easily. Very good prices compared to the hotel trips. The itineraries went exactly as planned and the communication throughout was excellent regarding pick up times , what to take etc
We did a snorkeling trip, a speed boat with dolphin watching and island stops, horse riding on the beach and quad bikes/desert safari with camel rides, bedouin visit and jeep travel over desert. We have teenagers so this was ideal. It was reassuring to have Lisa at the end of the phone and she always replies. It can feel a bit daunting. Thank you Lisa and JRT. It made our holiday. We'll book directly with you next time we are heading to Egypt 🇪🇬 xxx

Went to Egypt first time in March & having looked at many agencies to help with excursions i chose Lisa at JRT Travel....she was completely on the ball, friendly ,answering queries (which im sure are overwhelming considering how many ask same questions over & over lol) one of the trips was small van Luxor VIP Trip....highly recommend this trip ...transport & driver were excellent, Valley of the kings, Tutankhamen's tomb, mini Nile cruise, lunch provided, picked up 3.15am...the huge advantage speaking to someone in English who can understand your needs, no hidden costs ..will be returning & definitely choosing Lisa & Scott again...

Amazing service from start to finish. I have booked several holidays over the past few years with Lisa and she has always been amazing. Our holiday last year was for my sons 18th birthday and she managed to upgrade our whole party which was 4 rooms to swim up rooms...free of charge. She also arranged birthday cake etc. She really outdone herself. This year we have been to tenerife and it was exactly as we were expecting. Amazing service. Next stop with Lisa is Cape verde later in the year. Thanks as always Lisa. Appreciate all your help and attention to detail.

Highly recommend. I have booked at least 3 holidays a year for the past few years through lisa with no issues at all. Ranging from family holiday's to city breaks nothing ever an issue and always gets us a good deal. Communication is fab and we even met up on our most recent trip to hurghada and were given free airport transfers which was a great wee touch. Thanks lisa

We used Lisa and Scott loads they were 100% and more there for us. Booked a few excursions which were excellent and the process was amazing Lisa and Scott kept us at ease. I needed a pharmacy and again Lisa put me in touch with one that delivered to my hotel. I cannot say enough about JRT. They actually went a lot further than u can imagine as I did forget to pack my underwear (yes embarrassing) and Lisa went shopping for me and sent pictures in different shops to make sure I got the right ones, so if that’s not going extra miles then what is. They are incredible people. Please book with these guys and you won’t be disappointed in any means.

Booked several holidays with Lisa and she has been amazing on every occasion. Nothing was ever a problem even with multiple changes of dates or hotel etc to find the best deal. She makes to full process simple and is there for you. Highly recommend.

We booked a family trip with Lisa to Hurghada Egypt later In the year, Lisa has been so helpful, responsive. Took a call late in the evening with lots of helpful tips etc about Egypt as first time travelers. She and Scott have been nothing but thoroughly helpful and I would fully recommend. I look forward to hopefully meeting them when we visit in October

Lisa helped us book a big family trip to Florida and it was fantastic! 10 of us in total with an amazing Villa and everything went perfect whilst away.
