lisa made booking a holiday with a large amount of people easy, she explained everything with loads of detail and no beating around any questions. she has proceeded to do this all the way through our booking with name changes, people taken off the booking, payments and all the disasters that could possibly happen she made these easy and straight forward to deal with🩷

I have booked 4 holidays with Lisa in the last 2 years and currently in the process of booking another for later this year. The level of service always received is second to none and no matter what kind of deal I find, Lisa has always managed to better it.

On one of our trips our return flight was cancelled and we were getting little to no information at the airport. I made a quick call to Lisa and within 10 minutes she called me back and could tell me exactly what was going to be happening. This was around 10pm at night I should add so Lisa went over and above for us.

I look forward to booking many more family holidays via Lisa @ jrt travel.

Used JRT Travel last year for the first time and would not book a trip without approaching Lisa from now on. My experience was such a breeze with Lisa taking control of my check-ins. Constantly there for assistance when needed. Helped with transfers and advised which experience to book etc. Due to travel my next holiday booked with JRT Travel. Lisa helped to get our holiday at a much better price than I had in mind and we are looking forward to another 5 star holiday.

She is extremely efficient, always giving lots of options for what you ask for quickly. Booking process is super smooth and she also checks you in for your holiday. I have used jrt Travel for a few years now and Lisa is honestly the best. We are just home from Turkey for my sons 18th birthday and Lisa managed to up grade everyone's room to swim up room and arranged for our rooms to be all decorated and birthday cake on his birthday as well. Absolutely knocked it out the park. You would never get service like that from a high street travel agent.
