JRW, have just completed our kitchen extension, which involved completely redesigning the layout downstairs. I was very nervous assigning a builder as we have had issues in the past. My experience with JRW was only positive, from quote stage all the way through the build everything was transparent and the communication was clear. The team were really friendly and made us feel comfortable, they incorporated everything we wanted rather than doing what was easiest for them. We are so happy with the end result and are really pleased to have found such a great company. We will definitely use them again. JRW have restored my faith in th building trade.

Fast, efficient and reliable!

I used JRW Carpentry last year for an extension and total refit of my kitchen. Jorge and his team were really good and nothing was too much trouble. Great communication all the way through the project from the quote right through to the finish.

Jorge and his team are truly excellent in every aspect. They have transformed our house by creating a fantastic rear extension with bifold doors, removing our internal bathroom, and creating a stunning new one. I wish I could have captured more than one photo. They also built a new open-plan setting with a beautiful kitchen and landscaped our garden, and we couldn’t be happier. Jorge’s communication, standard of work, and cleanliness were phenomenal. They really go above and beyond in every way, and we can’t thank them enough.

I was in need of advice and a quote for an issue with damp. The communication was excellent, I had an email,giving me a 2 hour time slot, and a message to say what exact time Jorge would arrive. Jorge was very professional, took his time to explain options, very knowledgeable,listened to me and I felt reassured the issue could be fixed. .

We have used JRW Carpentry twice and were amazed at the service and quality of work.
The main project involved removal of walls and chimney, new kitchen, bathroom, underfloor heating, floor tiling. From our first contact we were blown away by the level of communication, planning, design, etc. Once work started we received daily updates and suggestions and felt really confident. This continued until completion when we ended up with an outstanding result.
I can’t recommend Jorge and his team highly enough. They deserve more than five stars!

This is the second time I have used JRW Carpentry and I have not regretted it. They arrived when they said they would. They were clean a tidy, very polite and friendly and cleaned up when they left. They were efficient and did a very good job. I will definitely be using them again.

Jorge was very helpful in helping us design the Kitchen along with Wrens. We then decided to have the flooring throughout the ground floor, which caused a few problems that Jorge overcame. All the tradesmen employed by JRW Carpentry were very professional and polite. Nothing was too much of a problem. Will definitely use them again in the future.

Jorge and his team fitted a new kitchen for me. The work, attention to detail and customer experience throughout was first class.

Jorge and his team done a great job in renovating our house in Essex. They conducted a kitchen extension to give us the open plan feel we wanted aswell as loft extension with all the supporting stairs and carpentry.
An absolute pleasure to deal with, nothing is ever a problem, they work with you, offer solutions to problems, are very quick and great communicators!

After contacting lots of carpenters and finding it hard to get a quote and being let down JRW was efficient in returning the quote and looking at the job. Im a roofer so im used to working with carpenters and can say that the work was carried out the a high standard

Jrw carpentry carried out many different jobs for our extension including our kitchen, utility, internal doors and roof. Very professional and over the moon with everything. Will definitely be using again.
