I ordered a laptop battery 6 months ago and received an order No.2989 but nothing else since. Impossible to contact them by telephone or email. I even got in touch with Shopify and Barclays Visa without success.
Ordered a graphics card, was told it would come from the 3rd to the 6th of this month and well it never came. All attempts to contact support fell on deaf ears, and I got no tracking number despite asking for one. I also tried emailing them to no response as well. This is clearly a scam.

Cons: They asked for a review as soon as my order delivered! ( Spammed me to make a review! )
The process was super simple and the information requested was straightforward to obtain and was processed very quickly, entire process for the return of a mouse with issues took less than a week, Many thanks to Adam. great guy and quick replies
This is a Scam. At checkout they claim payment will be with Offgamers but in reality they take your money and place separate order using your information with Offgamers but have digital purchase sent to some other email. There is a UK site as well Bonanza both appear to be front sites to steal your money. Not clear if Offgamers is in on the scam but they do accept the money but won’t return it
If could attach screenshot it shows exactly what I am stating.
