Brilliant service everytime & photo links are fantastic gifts for my mother again they fab I will not buy from anywhere else !

The charm was beautiful, let me collect from warehouse which was local to me and really quick turn around time. The quality of the product is amazing compared to the size where you’d think you’d lose some quality, but I’m so grateful and the gift made my sister in law cry! Very speedy delivery and quick response to query. Lovely range of personalised charms at very good prices. I had 3 as gifts for my nomination bracelet and they were perfect, i bought another two, will definitely be back for more as they are a fraction of the cost of original nomination charms but look the part and are slightly easier to fit.

Used this company several times in the past and had no issues. Always been really pleased with charms however I purchased a Daisy charm watch for my daughter as she has lots of the charms and when I tried to put them onto the watch the pin bent and fell out.

I emailed and received no reply then decided to go through my husbands Facebook messenger (I don't have any social media). Replys from the company have been very slow. I understand it has been Xmas and they may have been closed over New Year however even though I explained the issue that the pin had broken I was asked to slide the pin back in. After again explaining the pin had broken I've been asked to send the watch back at my own cost when all I am looking for is a replacement pin. The watch cost just under £13 and to then pay for recorded delivery to send it back for a tiny pin is just a total inconvenience.
My daughter now had a worthless Xmas gift that could easily be fixed but I grudge paying to send the watch back at my expense when the watch pin was clearly faulty and unable to take me doing the same thing I have done to the braclets whilst putting charms on several times since my daughter has had them.
I feel customer service is really lacking here and the issue could be resolved so easily if I could just be sent a new pin or a watch at their expense rather than mine.

Amazing customisation for charms and has a huge range of different types so there will always be a charm for anybody who visits the website.
Would never pay for charms anywhere else.

I am I. Awe as to how well my links turned out considering my brother in law & nephew have been gone a few year I was almost crying at hoe well they turned out I buy off this site quite regularly so would highly recommend as they are quick & efficient
