This is a highly professional outfit with a personal touch. They did the work they said they would do when they said it. Our home is transformed to a comfortable warm environment. The surrounding renovations have meant that we have had to remortgage and neither our lender (Barclays) or the Home insurance company (AXA) batted an eyelid on this material.
Do not put this product in your home until you check with your mortgage lender. A lot of lenders do not lend if this is present in your home - you will be refused (based on the lender) to re-mortgage.
And, If you decide to sell your home, you will be limited on who can purchase your house.
Open cell vs closed cell foam do not matter to most lenders.

Never a moan, just professionally getting on with the job. When they finished, after 3 days of hard graft, they cleaned up behind them leaving the whole house spotless.
