Dear Mrs Redfern,Thank you for your time to reviewing our business.I agree that we have moved delivery date few times due to pandemic, you and your husband Steven has been informed about it. I personally talk with Mr Redfern ,offered goods to be delivered without paying the balance as a compensation for delays,as it would be difficult to re-sell bespoke made items. Mr Redfern used abusive language with threats against me which doesn't sound like mediation offer. I made a decision to not deliver the goods because I was worried about my staff, ( this was a reason why we have blocked Mr Steven on Facebook,,he continued his threads ''I'm not finished with you yet, you messed around with wrong people! ''doesn't sounds right. )
I probably made a wrong decision to leave this case go that far, but in my opinion respect to other people is more important then court and bailiffs.
We are using the same Facebook Business Page , we are not changed anything Mrs Redfern, trading from same address, using the same email and landline number. We are not owning any money to anyone.
Since that time we have delivered 87 orders to 87 happy customers.
At the end I would like to apologize for service you received. We would like to speak to you further about your experience.
Best wishes
Frank
