I have made purchases for £300 and have had no confirmation of my order or anything. Please be careful I think some of these websites are a scam. I have emailed these companies and I’m not having a reply. I have sent my bank statement showing the amounts that have come out of my account. But they have asked for order number which have never been sent to me. So how can I give them to you via email.

When ordering it doesn’t give you a delivery date, found out the product has to come all the way from Portugal, ordered on a Friday and got the message on Wednesday the product is out for shipment. Kind of nerve wrecking when you order something expensive….

I have been waiting for my €500 intake…
I have been waiting for my €500 intake for about a month now. I get no updates unless i ask for them, they make promises they cant follow trough on, i'm still waiting on them to ship my intake???? After almost a month? And not even ik the colour i wanted. After 2 weeks of waiting i decided to send an e-mail and ask where my intake was. Their response: "oh yeah well we dont have the silver one anymore i black ok?" To which i responded yes. Its been 2 weeks since that mail and still nothing. Don't buy here. Bad customer service bad shipping bad everything.
