Engage JTAC with Trusted Confidence
Despite already having personally come across plenty of JTAC related social media published product endorsements/reviews, I still conducted personal research for JTAC business reputation, online feedback, product reviews, etc.
Generally positive feedback despite not seeing much in the way of 'Trustpilot' reviews. After downselecting to JTAC's offerings, I initiated contact w/JTAC's online WS bot (dropped a question via SMS/text) for product availability. E-mailed with product option clarifications. Followed-up next business day.
Jane provided sincere, genuine customer support fielding my outreach via main office line, located my outreach via e-mail, relayed on-point information without overpromising nor attempting to oversell. I initially did not expect any further outreach by the company despite Jane committing a follow-up by a teammate by 'hopefully later today'.
Contact re-established via unknown number SMS outreach by Cody/JTAC, after hours. Initially caught off guard but timing worked out on my end and decided to engage further and provided clarification for my requirements. Cody not only interfaced with JTAC internal team for quick assessment of being able to fulfill my requirements, but also provided high level guidance on platform options, outsourcing channels, and ultimately obtained authorization for initiating my procurement order after exchanging essential information. Overall duration of contact-less exchange spanned just under 4hrs of leisurely, no pressure procurement support.
Through Cody's brokering, I was able to confidently make my purchase with JTAC for handling FFL and NFA related matters professionally, with clear understanding of maintaining ethical, legal, regulated purchases. Literally zero stumbles; only steady forward progress.
Through Jane's diligence, I was able to avoid wasting personal funds in another direction/platform to begin with. I was able to maintain one of my personal credo for 'No Compromises'.
