Not serious and terrible customer service
I ordered to the EU and also got a confirmation of the order.
The next day I was informed, that the seller doesn't deliver to the EU and was offered a refund.
I asked them to give me the refund, but never got an answer. Now I have asked them 3 times within a weeks time, still no reaction, no refund!
Really bad service!!

Poor customer service.
As yet, am unable to comment as we have yet to receive the product.
Am still awaiting information as to when we will be having it delivered. It was ordered on the 2nd April. Can someone at JTC Omniblend please contact us for an update or do we have to cancel order and have a refund?

Ordered a replacement blade for a 1.5L…
Ordered a replacement blade for a 1.5L jug over 2 weeks ago, as the also ordered 1,5 replacement jug came without one..money was taken, nothing arrived.. phone not answered, emails bounce.. total nonsense this firm..will need to make a chargeback now

Worst experience ever
Worst experience ever. I've just placed an order and 5 days later, no updates if they're ever going to ship it. No email response so no options to cancel it too. How are they going to honour they're warranty of during sales they're already unresponsive? Avoid.

Had to throw away into tip
Paid for 3 to 4 day delivery. Arrived a week later.
Wrench device purchased not fit for intended purpose. Would not release blade from jug. Had to destroy jug to release blade.
Omiblend motor awesome but jug and blade rubbish. Would recommend something else. Love my Nutri Bullet but for nut butter making not ideal only because it is more hassle. However more effort is what is needed as Omniblend not up to task.

I had problems using the chat on line and contacting them by phone but emails were answered quickly and information was extremely useful part was dispatched quickly but package was damaged the part itself was in perfect condition and works well will definitely use them again
