Original staff I made my order with was great the after care is not so good. My toilet seat has now broken twice! The original one was replaced this second one (which has broken in the same place ) despite me emailing the sales/ care team no one is now responding and has not been replaced .

Good experience all through. Staff in showroom so helpful and knowledgeable with great advice and nothing too much trouble. Comms on collection and delivery were fab. The guys who delivered our order arrived before we expected, rang us and unloaded and waited while my hubby got home. Above and beyond- thanks so much! The bathroom looks amazing!

The parcel got lost in transit (the carrier's fault, not the seller's). I received a prompt response from JT Pickfords and they took over for a quick resolution. Very professional approach.

Superb service, I called late on a Friday needing a Monday delivery but the courrier had already been. But low and behold 1hr later a lovely lady called me up after I had paid and was settled on a Tuesday delivery, to say the courrier was late and we got your order out next day {Being Monday}. There was no need for them to do this other than to help their new customer.

Price was good, easy to order and best of all the service was nearly next day. Thumbs up from me

Clever staff at store not what I ordered and was no help when I tried to exchange

I bought a tap from you through Amazon with a guarantee of 10 years. Only had it for three years and it is now dripping and I have phoned you in August and sent an email, but you have not come back to me yet as promised. I need to know whether there is a spare part (e.g. replacement valve) or whether the swivel tap needs replacing as a whole. I feel that the guarantee is not being honored and I also feel very let down that you have not had the courtesy to reply to my email or respond as promised in my call to you in August. All in all, seems like a poor customer experience

Really impressed with the level of customer service. Every member of the team I’ve had contact with has responded promptly and been really helpful. When a damaged item was delivered, a replacement was sent out on a day to suit me.

Service in store is great web very poor, most items only say one in stock so if your doing a big job forget it as there is no facility to place a back order. Had an issue with my online payment so phoned up to pay by card and no one could take a payment!? I kept getting an email saying tour shopping cart had items to pay for but when I went in to the cart it was empty, this was resolved with IT. and I managed to purchase my goods. Think I will be going else where.. sorry

Pickfords l know from many years before at Rotherham but l must say now ı find them to give a nothing less than excellent all round online service we are very happy with the service and the very good quality of our materials.
