Beware of the Fine Print (Essentially Scam)

Be careful of the reviews on here because they pay their customers to change their reviews to positive by offering them incentives.

I chose to decline the offer even though it was generous, to help others that may fall for their money grab. Basically, this site charges interest and premiums on crypto and holds it longer than necessary to scam you. For example, let’s say BTC is $8500. They will make you pay $9600 for it and extra fees, then hold it without releasing it to you until it has declined even further in value.

Just warning those who might get into this. They’ll do this, then if you post a negative review here they will offer an amount in btc which is what they over charged already, under the condition that you change your review to positive.

Customer support is also very rude and will randomly attack you for no reason even if you are polite and patient with them.

I have checked the interactions you've had with us and we will further discuss it with the agent at hand. Regarding the delays about processing orders, unfortunately that is due to the timezone differences.
The first order that you had with us was placed at around 6 AM our time, and after verifying your identity, it has been completed at around 6 hours. Considering that it has been placed outside of our working hours and that we had to verify your account, I would say that it's not necessarily the regular Jubiter experience.
This is proven by the second order you had with us, which has been completed in half the initial time frame.

About the fees, our customers are clearly informed about them when they are placing an order, leaving it up to them if they decide to go through. Furthermore, the amount that we charge you for is the amount that the fees will be deducted from. The 9600 that you are referring to was the exchange rate, we would never charge you more than what you agree to pay on our website.

One of my colleagues will contact you today and discuss your concerns further.
Last but not least, I would like to apologize for any and all inconveniences you have experienced with us. This is not the Customer Experience we wish our users to have. We promise to do better next time.

Lastly, as per our e-mail communication, the amount in question was offered simply as a good will gesture for the poor customer service and the delays you have experienced.

THE NOT SO GOOD AND THE EXCEPTIONAL

Even with the explosion in your business a 24 day was totally unacceptable especially for a multi time repeat customer. Livia was not a supportive customer service agent!
Conversely Gabriel was truly exceptional and provided the type of support I have come to expect from Jubiter

Do you experience for a first time user of this kind of operation to me was a little difficult at first, because as an older person it’s hard for me to understand some of the words used and how it actually works. If I would’ve read the instructions more carefully think that I would have been able to figure it out without being so confused. But the overall application dying of the bitcoin Was fairly easy and I would recommend it to anybody that needs to use this kind of application but I would also say please read everything first and do a little research so you don’t have to have complications and the customer service that called me earlier was a gentleman and was very apologetic and they do make it right so I can’t say anything bad except give five stars thank you very much
