Llevamos semanas intentando obtener información sobre un pedido de Festool de más de 500 €, pero nadie responde a nuestros correos electrónicos. La máquina no ha sido entregada, no sabemos dónde está y el servicio de atención al cliente simplemente no existe.

Hemos enviado varios emails solicitando una actualización del envío y una solución, pero no hemos recibido ninguna respuesta. Es increíble que una empresa que vende productos profesionales y además opere a través de Amazon trate a sus clientes de esta manera.

Cuando un cliente paga más de 500 € por una herramienta profesional, lo mínimo que puede esperar es comunicación, seguimiento y soporte. En nuestro caso no hemos recibido ninguna de las tres cosas.

Muy decepcionados con esta empresa. Si valoran su dinero y quieren evitar problemas, les recomiendo comprar en otro proveedor.
