Great product, Excellent Service

The robe did not meet expectations.. I returned it to the company the first week of August. I have not received a credit from the company for the item nor any type of acknowledgement concerning the return. Telephone calls to customer service go directly to a voice mail answering system. Emails are not returned.

The price, quality and value cannot be beat.

Robe arrived promptly. Very reasonably priced. Material pretty good for the price paid. I would use judicial shop again

I was extremely Disappointed the way the robe showed up.... It is so wrinkled... it looks like somebody slept on it for a month. So now I need to take it to the cleaners.

I love the products and access but the customer service is non existent. I called about 20 times over the course of a week and nobody every answered. Same with email, no answer. I ordered 2 day air on a thurs and assumed with 24 hrs for picking the package etc that it would ship by the following Tuesday very latest. I did not receive my package for 16 days with zero response to my please forward assistance. Even once it finally shipped it didn’t come in two days. What I wonder was I paying for with 2 day air? Please ship quicker abs ANSWER THE PHONE.

Second time I ordered from you and second time everything was perfect. I had, in between, ordered a robe from another company and it turned out to be wrong and they tried to decline a refund (despite their return policy that allowed the return).

After I received my robe I noticed the sleeves were too short. I sent an email and didn’t receive a response. Otherwise, the robe was great!

Great product, arrived exactly as described.

This company is hard to reach when you need to return something and time is of essence. First robe ordered was way too big, could not get a response to my telephone inquiry, then told to email, no timely response. Since I needed a new robe for an event, I ordered a smaller robe before company responded. After receiving 2nd robe ( quality and size fine ) I call and email again and finally get a response no refunds, just exchange or credit. I feel taken advantage of: their slow response is why I re-ordered before knowing their Return Policy, now I have a huge Robe I have no use for, also be aware if you order a Garment Bag for your Robe it is much narrower than the Robe, so it’s useless too, unless you want a wrinkled garment. Less learned.

I was satisfied with the first judicial robe I ordered. I decided to order another one in a different style. Although the fit didn't work out, the return was easy and fast.

The customer service was good when I had and issue with my order. Real nice and I will return in the future.

I really like the robe. Customer service too, and the price. Only complaint is that I bought a robe that was consistent with my height and the sleeves and robe are a bit too long.

My robe came quickly and is of great quality. Will recommend this site to others.
