Prompt delivery at the promised time

This is my second purchase for the crystal pens refills which arrived by Royal Mail from my online order being acknowledged and dispatched speedily and at a reasonable price. Unable to purchase these in Norwich.

I found this company whilst searching for a specific Clogau necklace that Clogau had sold out of. I made the purchase online and was surprised when the necklace arrived to find that there was a complimentary pair of Clogau earrings with it. They offered a gift wrapping service which I took advantage of which saved me making a hash of it. It was well presented and packaged well and arrived very promptly. Excellent service. I will be back for more.

Took my 9 yr old daughter to get her ears pierced in Derby, all the staff were brilliant, really professional and helped put her at ease, the piercer was fantastic. Afterwards my daughter felt uneasy on her feet, all the staff really looked after her, thank you!! 5 star service

Good quick service but their 10% off first order code does not work, which is very disappointing, read small print & could not find exclusions that were applicable. If wasn’t short on time would have gone elsewhere.

Ordering was no problem and delivery service very good.

It was super easy to order and collect my items. They’re beautiful as well. However, when I went into the store to collect, I was stood by the counter for a while as the employees were chatting in the corner. When the lady came over, she was rushing and it felt as though we were being forced out the store. Beautiful jewellery, bad experience.
