Bought some pants. They were definitely not for me. That part is ok, no big deal. However after 7 emails and only one response about a return, they said “we can give you a partial refund”. I said no I don’t want these weird pants please tell me how to return them. Several emails later and no response I had to call the bank and dispute the charge.
