If I could rate no stars then I would!

Place order on Sunday 12th April, postage specified 6-10 working days. Contacted them on 28th April for an update, and had no response. Checked the tracking and it didn't even look like it'd moved anywhere.
Contacted them again this morning (7th May) after checking the tracking again, and still haven't had a response.
At this point I'd just be happy with a refund
