When I received my order I was shorted one Geekbar pulse I ordered and paid for. I left numerous emails and called and left messages and no one would get back to me. I will no longer do business with this company.

I like going through them to get my vapes just a couple times they have had to resend my package cuz my package was dropped off to someone else's house and Noone brought it to my house that is the only reason for a 4 🌟

Consistently fast order processing and shipping. I've purchased quite a few times now and every single time has been hassle free and, while I haven't specifically timed it, from order to receipt is I think two days for me -- certainly no more than 3.

My order was shipped in a timely manner. The updates and tracking are great. When I received my order it was very well packaged. When I made my order something went out of stock and they called me with a very courtesy call to ask how I wanted to proceed with my order. I definitely recommend ordering from them if you are considering it.

I like the products and the quick delivery, however, I have had an issue with an error message coming up every time I get to the last stage of ordering. I have contacted Juice Fly about this through the live chat once, and through email twice and didn't get an answer. I found another site that has my product in stock and for a cheaper price. Customer service is a big thing to me. I will no longer be ordering from Juice Fly.

I was having difficulty getting a photo of my face and my license and the lady that was working I can't remember her name maybe Darlene I'm not sure anyway she helped me walk through the whole process she took a long time to help me and I really appreciate it

Fast shipping and wide variety to choose from

I’ve used Juicefly multiple times. But now they’re asking me to update my login and it won’t let me. I’ve asked (emailed) for a password reset many times over the last few days and it says it will send me an email password but it hasn’t. Bottom line…I can’t get back on to order.

I'm not ordering anything from you guys the delivery company you guys use are terrible
