Return of juicer was arranged easily and cost free. No fault found and returned just as promptly but with some replacement parts to make dismantling after use easier than previously. Excellent very fair efficient customer service

I have had a few slow Juicers over the years and this is by far the best. Very efficient, quiet, well made and easy to clean. Would definitely recommend. Great price too.

I had a problem with my juicer and the team at Juice Master could not have been more helpful. The juicer was picked up by courier - all I had to do was box it up. It was tested and the damaged element was replaced without cost even though parts replacement were out of warranty. This company does everything right and special thanks to Harry Collier and Karl Moore who were amazingly helpful.

The book arrived quickly and is an amazing book great different juices 5* plus , highly recommend

We had an amazing time. The thing I like the most was how there was no pressure to do anything it is totally up to you. The whole experience is so well organised & friendly - nothing is too much trouble.

But there is so much to do if you choose to. Loads of yoga (Kenny is amazing) & also fitness classes & lovely walks. The hotel is also gorgeous with fabulous chill out areas & a great spa.

We will definitely be back next year we absolutely loved it 😍. It was so lovely to unwind & relax. Also a great opportunity to break some of those unhealthy habits!!

I’ve always had a great experience with Juice Master. Every member of the team I have spoken to is friendly and has dealt with any issues quickly. Recently, the funnel of my juicer broke and within a couple of days it had been replaced. I couldn’t be more impressed with the service that this company provides.

Fast service and excellent books, felt inspired.

Having had problems with the juicer and the blender and approaching the repairer i have had to resort to being pushy for a better service. These machines are expensive and when little used and only just out of guarantee I don’t find this company too happy to offer goodwill guestures. Next time I’d buy elsewhere it’s just hype

Only take minutes tp prepare and the certaniky keep you full
