I’ve been a loyal customer of Juicy Vapes for over seven years, regularly shopping at my local store—until it sadly closed down. Since then, I’ve been forced to use their online store, and the experience has been nothing short of frustrating.

This is the third time I’ve ordered from the website, and every single time, my next-day delivery hasn’t been fulfilled—even though I placed my orders before the cut-off time stated in their terms.

The most recent issue was the worst. I placed two separate orders at the same time, intending to use a voucher on one and a discount on the other, while also building my reward points (although that didn’t work as planned, and I’ve yet to receive a reply to my email about it—after four days!). Only one of the orders arrived, with no trace of the second, even though both were placed at the same time and had the same delivery address.

I really like Juicy Vapes' products, but their customer service and choice of courier are letting them down badly. After seven years of loyalty, I’m seriously considering taking my business elsewhere.

The 2 stars are just for the fast free delivery. Unfortunately they sent me the wrong order, and now don’t answer their phones or emails. Absolutely shocking customer service

I have used this company for a while and not had many complaints. Until recently. Communication is non existent. I have only been sent half of my recent order. Phone lines are all dead. I will not be using them again. Disappointed.

I spent £146 with this company two weeks ago. The order "went missing" with their courier, and I was advised by email (the single piece of comms I have had with them - which judging from other reviews is something of a miracle) to expect a re-delivery.
This was four days ago, and still no delivery. I have tried dozens of times since to call, email, and deal with their chat bots since, and I have not had one response. I don't know how to get my money back, and I am so disappointed in this business, as they have had every opportunity to deal with this, and they have been good to deal with in the past.

I purchased 6 vapes for nearly £50 and each one of them once a puff has been taken keeps going I have contacted the company lots of times via email request and called but no response

Amazing service defo be using them again

Avoid using this company! 4 bubble glass tanks ordered but received the wrong tanks, which do not fit my vape. Repeated emails sent asking for the correct order and happy to post back wrong tanks but no response. Multiple calls to their customer service but no answer. Have had to make a claim with credit card for refund. Do not recommend and will never use this company again.

By far competitive prices for mods great value for money defently will keep ordering from them

Firstly, next day delivery is an absolute farce. It took a week and still no tracking number. They've ignored two emails. Then when the parcel arrives they've decided to send me a mix of whatever the hell they feel like instead of the items that I ordered. They're clearly out of stock but the website doesn't say so. I won't be coming back and they can have the lot returned.

They claim free next day delivery on their website for orders over £20. TOTAL LIE! I've made a £55 order and, after 10 days, it hasn't arrived yet, and no tracking number provided for the parcel.
I will certainly never use their services again!

Ordered 24 imp jar strawberry, raspberry, cherry ice liquid and they delivered the wrong liquid. Won’t be using again

5 star customer service from Robert (Bob) little bit clueless on the vaporesso XROS but excellent price for full kit and 3 juices, even put it together with me and gave me advice! Happy shopper
