I ordered bakfiets because my son's leg…

I ordered bakfiets because my son's leg was broken and he couldn't walk for a long period. Unfortunately the delivery date was 30 days after i order which is too long. However Juizz didnt deliver it on time and they changed the delivery date to one weerk later, but again, it wasn't delivered because they changed the date again to one more week later. I send a message to customer service; why i am waiting that much. The answer is; the bike was postponed from supplier. My suggestion to you is to check with your supplier to make quality agreements with your suppliers and audit them to check their quality management system. If they are not caring about quality then dont work with them. If there is no other suppplier to work with, then support them to improve their quality management. Of course first of all, i would suggest yo to improve your quality. Define targets for max delivery date and if you dont reach those targets, investigate and find the root cause. Anyway I hope you can improve.

Thanks for your feedback. We are working daily to improve our processes, but with regard to our suppliers; they also have to deal with delivery times on e.g. parts etc. However much we want to deliver a bicycle to our customers.

Excellent service!

I contacted Juizz to repair my Urban arrow and they were quick to respond, had availability to repair the bike in short notice and provided a replacement bike. Excellent service!

I have been a fan of this bike shop for YEARS, and now I'm finally a customer. The best brands, friendly, well informed staff, excellent customer service. I only wish I could buy more bikes from these folks!
