Describe it or upload a photo, and our AI designs it, our 3D artists finish it, and we print it in full color and ship it to your door. No design skills, no 3D software, no equipment needed. We make custom figurines and art toys from a pet photo, an original character, or just an idea, plus tabletop miniatures for DnD and RPG campaigns, custom artisan keycaps for mechanical keyboards, and crystal bracelets and shoe charms on jujubit.ai. Here is how it works: chat with JuJuBot or upload a photo and a 3D model is generated in seconds, or browse 30+ style templates if you would rather start from one, then spin and zoom the 3D preview before you order. Every ordered piece goes through Digital Crafting, where our professional 3D artists manually polish the mesh and structural details, and because we print in full color, nothing needs painting. A few things to expect. Everything is made to order, with production taking 7 to 10 business days, followed by shipping of 5 to 12 business days in the US, 10 to 25 internationally, or 3 to 7 with express for US$29.99. Standard shipping is US$9.99 in the US and US$12.99 international, and free over US$99. Weekends and local holidays do not count as business days. Colors on screen can differ from the printed piece. Sizes run from 4cm to 10cm based on what you choose at checkout, measured from the bottom of the base to the highest point, so a figure with a raised weapon, wings, or a tall base measures differently from a plain standing one. If scale matters for your game, leave a note on the order. You can change or cancel within 2 hours of placing an order. After that production has started, and since each piece is made for one person, returns and exchanges apply only under our refund policy. If an item arrives damaged or wrong, email us your order number and photos, and we will usually reprint or refund it, replying within 24 to 48 hours. You can contact us anytime at support@jujubit.ai. We also read and answer reviews here, including the critical ones.

Robert, we would like to look closer at the blurry, wavy plaid pattern. Could you email support@jujubit.ai with photos and a short description of what you saw? We will pass it to our artist team to help improve on that going forward. Thank you for using JuJuBit, and for taking the time to share this.

There was nothing on the website that said that the picture couldn’t have nudist, but I got an email saying it couldn’t, I had to send a few other pictures to get 1 that worked, and it was way to small of a figure for the pice.

Shawn, we hear you. We have flagged the image guidelines to our product team so that restriction is called out more clearly before you upload a photo. On the sizing question, email support@jujubit.ai with your order number and a photo of the figure next to a ruler or tape measure, and we will check it against your order.
The minitures are Just OK
The minitures are OK but the quality is FAR below what is advertised and not competitive with a well painted miniture. It looks better than what I can paint. But vs the guy who charges me $25 to hand paint a minitures its second best. Also the cost of their 3D files is insane.

Douglas, thank you for being so specific about the standard you had in mind. You found parts of the miniature OK, but at this price the finished piece did not feel competitive with a professionally painted one. Email support@jujubit.ai with PRIORITY and your order number in the subject, and attach photos of the areas that fell short. We will use them for an internal review to identify what happened. Please include any further details in the body of your email.
Overall Happy. Issues Timeline and accuracy on 2
I felt like the timeline was quite a bit longer than what was promised, and a couple of the figurines did not come out like the model that was sent in. The ones that did come back accurately were amazing. But two maybe three (if I’m being picky) of them were not accurate to the model.

Anthony, sorry the timeline ran long. Custom orders like yours go through an artist reworking the model before printing and a hand check before they ship, that's what stretches it past off-the-shelf. Two or three pieces missing the mark on what you sent is a letdown, and worth a closer look. Email support@jujubit.ai, put PRIORITY and your order number in the subject, and include photos of the pieces as they arrived plus a note on which ones look off, that covers everything we need.

I have tried 4 different companies to get a good likeness of my cat. This is the first one that got it right. It was shipped so well that it could probably be dropped off the roof and be fine. Highly recommend.

Karen, glad this was the one that came back looking like your cat, after everything you'd already tried. The cushioning around each one is there for exactly that trip.
Fantastic result, long lead time.
The only criticism is that it took almost a month to get to me, though that makes sense because it is a custom piece. The design was great and detailed! It also seems to be constructed really well. It has a good weight to it and is sturdy. I would order from JuJuBit again!

John, appreciate you sticking with it. You had it right, custom work means an artist reworks the model, it's printed, hand-checked before it ships. Glad the detail and weight came through. Whenever the next one comes up, we'll be here.
completely exceeded my expectations
completely exceeded my expectations. I took the chance as our gaming table is always looking for quality, representative figs for our games and good paint jobs worthy of our heroes. JuJuBit seemed to promise both, so I sent a test over to see what we could expect of printing, painting, and shipping. Was blown away on all fronts. Getting the 2D picture uploaded was simple, and then tweaking the 3D render was easy and came out well enough to feel good about submitting to order. Was trying to get it by the time your new campaign started and expected a long shipping time, so went for expedited shipping. Following progress on their website, the model was turned around in about 5 days. Shipping was under 2 weeks. Opening the box at our gaming table was a revelation, the finished figure blew us away. If I had any complaint, I would have liked a better explanation of the scaling, like showing a measuring tape or a standard d20 next to the render, since our big barbarian was just a bit smaller than the 32 or 34mm sculpts we had already. At least we know for future orders to compensate for the base thickness or items that are taller than the head. Other than that small wrinkle, couldn’t be happier and our group has all put in their orders as well. Also, if you make an account they save previous orders, so I was able to pull up my previous design, tweak the specs, and reorder it in about 2 minutes.

Louis, that turnaround worked out right on schedule for your gaming table. On the scale point, a measuring tape or a d20 next to the render is now with the people who set those up, and we'll post here once there's an update. And on the saved designs, those follow you to the JuJuBit app on iOS and Android too: your past creations sit under my-gallery, tap one and hit edit to jump into the same chat with that model loaded, and past orders show up under my-orders.
Miniature looks awesome, but not what I expected
Miniature looks awesome, but for the price of 100 plus dollars I thought it would be bigger, I hate to see a low priced Miniature, that is the only problem I was upset with, I felt I didn't get my money's worth the whole value.

That is everything we need to check the size against the order.

Awesome product and customer service.
I can not speak to others' experiences, but I had an excellent experience with JuJuBit. I bought 6 custom TTRPG minis - the smallest size. Creating them was fun for my DnD group, and they came out phenomenal! One was missing but this was easily resolved. Some mentioned poor customer service but I had the opposite experience. Prompt reponses and quick resolution and the last mini came as expected of equal quality to the rest which as noted were all AWESOME! I would use the company again. The arrival took some time but I believe this is mostly just due to clearing customs. Great overall experience and extremely satisfied.

The figurine was exactly what I would hope it would be although I would have liked to have had the option to order a larger version. my daughter loved it, and it will be a part of her life for a very long time. The only complaint I have is the company never responded to my 3 requests for status updates because it was taking so longso I would suggest that they work on that communication skill.

Hi Clint, really glad the figure turned out great. Every figure goes through an artist who reworks the model, checks it can be printed, then it's printed and quality-checked by hand, that's what the wait covers. If you'd like it bigger next time, we do offer sizes up to 10cm, plus a Custom Size option (quote on request) if you want to go even larger.
No communication
I liked the product, smaller than I hoped, but it's nice.
I didn't like that it came in a huge box making me think it was bigger than it was. Also, there was no communication from seller. I emailed a few times asking for an update with no response

Hi Marcia, really glad you like the finished piece. We pack extra cushioning around each figure so it doesn't get damaged in shipping, which is why the box ends up bigger than the piece itself. Also sorry you didn't hear back after reaching out a few times, that's not how it should have gone. This is my first time using jujubit.ai. I am still very optimistic despite it taking a long while to receive my order. I am planning on being patient as I know the process time can take a while. I love their ai preview. I often find myself trying new character possibilities and saving them for my next purchase. It is a very unique concept I wish I had when I was a kid as the idea of having a toy or figure of your dreams sounds amazing. Though I have to say I am not a fan of the prices. As it takes a arm and a leg just to get two figures. But I am hopeful they will turn out right. If so I will for sure be a life long customer.

Hi Kendall, glad the AI preview has you saving character ideas for next time, and that a figure of your own dreams is an idea that struck you the way it did. When you're ready, turning one of those saved ideas into an order picks up right where you left off. Each figure also goes through modeling, a printability check, printing, and a quality check before it ships, which is why the wait takes the time it does.
