I returned a delivery of low quality clothes. I tried to contact the team several times but my mails were never successfully delivered and a phone number turned out as non existent.
I never got a refund and no communication.
I am not going to buy from this webpage again.
Took long time to ship, the quality is not as good as what you see on the pic. Also what I ordered was shipped from China.
Things don’t fit. Return did not work. Did not get my 30% release. Quality of the shirts was very poor.
And the second longshirt, that was offered for short time, was ordered unfortunately and couldn’t be cancelled. And you can’t send it back, because the packages to the Netherlands won’t be accepted by the company. At a final resume I would say don’t bye at Julia-alea
I didn‘t receive your product but you recognised that the delivery went fail and didn‘t inform me proactive.
Send back my items months ago, never got my money back, Custom service is absolutely useless. I had to send several photos of everything and wrote several mails. Shippings costs about 20€ to send the items back to China. Case is at the lawyer now, thinking about sueing the company.
