I’ve been shopping on this website for almost 10 years, and I’ve always been happy with their service. The staff have always been responsible and helpful, so I’ve always felt comfortable shopping here.

The only reason I’m not giving 5 stars is because I received a “Welcome Back 20% Off” code this year, but when I went to use it, I found that it had already expired. I’m sure I’m not the only customer who missed out on the 20% discount because of this.

Great services! I had customs fee error , had few verification emails with the seller and got responded promptly. The only part need to be improved is that, the customs fee and tax should be included as other Italian seller.

I send an email last week to request a return for the item that I purchased and I have not received an answer from you regarding the return process.
I am no longer able to return the item because I am away on vacation so I am stuck with something that is too small and I cannot do anything with it.
It is very disappointing not to get adequate customer support.

Canadians be warned!
While this retailer offers competitive pricing, the overall customer experience was incredibly frustrating and fell completely short of a premium luxury service. The retailer states that duties and taxes are the buyer's responsibility for Canadian orders. However, in the modern luxury e-commerce market, providing a seamless, stress-free checkout is absolutely the retailer's responsibility. Because they do not offer a "Delivered Duty Paid" (DDP) option at checkout, DHL’s automated customs scanners completely misclassified the shipment, erroneously charging hundreds of dollars in duties despite the invoice clearly showing the item was manufactured in Italy and qualified for a 0% preferential tariff under the CETA agreement. I had to spend days battling automated billing systems and customer service queues just to fix an error caused by a lack of an integrated checkout.

Finally, the packaging was completely unacceptable for a luxury item. The handbag was sent loose inside a shipping box with nothing but its dust bag and a single, thin layer of tissue paper. There was no bubble wrap, air pillows, or securing material to keep it from tumbling around during international transit. The outer shipping box arrived busted, and it is a miracle the item wasn’t ruined or scuffed against the cardboard.
Between the customs nightmare and the careless packaging, this retailer completely fails to deliver a luxury experience. This was my first and last purchase with them until they modernize their platform and respect the items they ship.

UPDATE: The retailer's response proves my point exactly. They claim the item doesn't qualify for CETA because the brand doesn't provide "certification for Canada." This is legally incorrect. Under CETA rules of origin, a handbag fully manufactured in Italy (as my invoice explicitly stated: "Made in IT") legally qualifies for the 0% preferential tariff rate. The ONLY reason it didn't pass through automatically is because the retailer failed to include the legally required CETA declaration text on their invoice paperwork.

DHL eventually corrected the bill to $0 duty exclusively because I, the customer, spent hours doing the administrative work to provide them with the proof of origin. Taxes and DHL brokerage fees had to be paid and that’s okay.

"Canadians be warned" stands—the prices are good, but expect zero administrative or packing quality!
