We wanted to inform you that, as stated in our recent newsletter and in our policy, there may be a need for a shipping contribution for orders placed during the sale, even if they meet the usual free shipping conditions. This is due to the increased volume and special circumstances of the sale period.
For your order a shipping contribution of EURO 100,00 will be required to ensure timely and secure delivery.
This is the first time I've shopped and been charged for shipping after checking out... I got free shipping, but they charged me for shipping after I finished shopping... Be careful when you shop here.

I got a designer scarf for a great discount and it was authentic. Not only did it have an RFID verification tag but I actually compared it directly to the authentic product. Shipping was fast and well packaged. No frills. Overall no complaints and I would use Julian Fashion again in the future for another designer purchase.

I was going to purchase a 's Max Mara jacket in the Florence airport and saw that a competitor would ship to the US for the same price. They cancelled my order for some strange reason and then I found Julian! Arrived quickly, was nicely packaged, brand new and at better price. Bravo!

Return policy above the laws?
Bought a pair of NBs at these guys with shipment to the UK. Original price was 140gbp, plus promocode, i paid 120gbp. When they arrived, i understood they are too small for me and submitted a refund. Then all the fun started. shipping to me was free (thanks for that), but the return shipping was 32gbp (quite a lot actually). then, they held the uk vat, which is 20%. all I was told is that it is their policy not to refund tax and that is all (even if it seems like they held the tax and then the next buyer'll pay it again,lol). So, what i have is: i paid 120 pound for shoes, sent em back, and got 68 in return. Gifted these guys 52 pounds, love it

One star is way too much
One star is way too much! There should be negative stars to correctly review Julian, bought a pair of sweaters for over 450 EUR, during Black Friday, I applied a 20% BLACKFRIDAY discount to no avail. NO BF for Switzerland, then for orders over 400 EUR I should get free shipping, Guess? no free shipping for Switzerland. Had to Pay 65 CHF ( 70 EUR) in the end to UPS for delivery, Julian No More.

Our shipments to Switzerland are sent on a DDU (Delivered Duties Unpaid) basis. This means that customs duties, taxes, and any related clearance or carrier charges are the responsibility of the recipient. This is clearly stated in our terms and conditions, during checkout, and is accepted at the time of purchase.
In this case, delivery could not be completed because the customs charges requested by the carrier were not paid. As communicated, the charges were declined on the basis that duties had not been requested on previous orders.
The fact that customs charges may not have been applied on previous shipments does not mean that such charges do not exist or are not due. Some retailers choose to include duties and taxes in their prices, while others do not. This is a commercial choice, which we communicate transparently on our website. Customers who prefer an all-inclusive pricing model are of course free to purchase from retailers offering that option.
Regarding the amounts requested by UPS, these charges are issued directly by the carrier and the relevant customs authorities. They are not calculated, controlled, or collected by Julian Fashion, and therefore cannot be waived or absorbed by us.
As per standard carrier procedures, parcels cannot be released or delivered until customs charges are settled. If the duties remain unpaid and the shipment is returned to us, any return costs charged by the carrier will be deducted from the refund, in accordance with our policy.
At this stage, the available options are to proceed with payment of the requested charges so UPS can complete the delivery, or to refuse the shipment, understanding that return costs will apply.
We regret that this situation led to dissatisfaction, but we can confirm that the order was handled correctly and in full compliance with our clearly stated policies.
