The complete package - professional, accessible, timely boiler service from JBL. The automatic reminder when annual servicing was due, coupled with the online booking and excellent service from Daz, mean this is the only company I will ever need to use.

Good communication from the off, a polite staff member attended who was friendly and chatty. He took his shoes off without being asked which is rare these days, and he fixed the job there and then. Great service thank you

This company provides an excellent service that you can have complete confidence in to solve your problem whether it be large or small. We have used JBL for a number of years now for our oil boiler and they always resolved any issues quickly and efficiently. I have no problem in recommending them.

I'd never heard of this company before, but I shall certainly use them again. The engineer arrived exactly at the promised time, did the service without any sharp intakes of breath about previous work, tidied up and left also on time. He even tried really hard to fix a problem with our hot water (didn't work, but full marks for trying). No hidden costs either. Thoroughly recommended.

Engineer, Alex, arrived on time having given a 30 minute warning time. Very polite and efficient. Serviced the boiler and set up the Hive for me to use. All sorted very quickly and tidily.

The boiler service was carried out efficiently, arriving when scheduled and with full explaination.

Danny has been through hell and back for delivering and installing our air conditioning system!
Danny and his team recently installed two air conditioning units in our home during an extremely busy time in the air conditioning industry. We had some delays but Danny kept me very well informed and was able to get the units I wanted. Everything was all installed within a day. The job is very neat and the team cleaned up afterwards, you would never had known it had just been installed. I would highly recommend Danny and his team if you are considering an air conditioning system.

Alex kept us informed & arrived as scheduled on time to complete our annual oil boiler service. Courteous, friendly, knowledgeable, professional & efficient; Alex undertook the annual boiler service, explained the work completed & kindly answered some additional queries regarding future CH service work we are considering.
