I ordered for the first time and waited over a month to receive my items. I spend over $100 and NONE of my items fit. This is the email they sent me when I asked for a refund!!!! Stay away!

This does not send you the items advertised. It is fake! And they won't give refunds unless you pay to ship to china! It's a same that there are not honest people in the world!!!!!!!

I ordered sandals, they sent the wrong size obviously didn’t fit when I tried to return them I got the same runaround as most of their customers have. You don’t know that you are paying in $ until the end, by that time they have your details and you still don’t know that your order is coming from China. Only when you need to return your item you find out the truth. If you do go as far as asking for your money back it’s then they say that you will have to pay all the taxes ie’ customs duty, shipping fees and possibly more, we have already payed postage but returns fall on us. Only if you email back they will send their address, I am about to do that so I will be back in a mo, it is now 9-10am.
Sorry I emailed about 3 hours ago and no reply so you may hear from me again. If I get their address I will post it for all to see. Liz

It took months for the goods to be delivered from China to Belgium
Material : poor quality
Size : tiny
Model : not what you see on their pictures
Price : outrageous for the quality
Return policy : another scam - further cost to send the blouses back to China and get a 10% refund... the shipment costs
Yes, they will answer your emails relatively promptly, but you just keep going in circle...nothing positive comes out of it.
For me it is daylight robbery.
I wish to blacklist that company and warn you : do not buy anything from them

I ordered a pair of sandals and as of today I haven’t got them. I have sent two emails. The first email I sent, they responded back saying that the sandals are on the way. I waited and no sandals; therefore, I sent another email waiting for a response. What I am seeing about other post, I think I have been had.

I bought 5 blouses in April for $128. I live in Texas and they were sent to Missouri! They asked me to trace the package with NO tracking number. I think they are in China. I am reporting them as this is a scam order online group.

Nothing lower or it would be there. Ordered in March, credit card charged $69.00 and it is May 26 and still haven't received 2 summer dresses. They keep saying it has shipped. I have repeatedly ask for a refund and told them to keep the dresses.....

I have tried to return an order and have been unable to do so. First I was asked to keep the order and give it as a gift to someone else. Then was asked to accept half the amount. When I also declined that offer their rep quit contacting me. Still have not been able to return the order.

Terrible Customer Service. If I could, I would give minus 5 stars. This is a terrible company. The photos in the advertisements are very misleading. The quality of the products is terrible. Delivery time is MONTHS. The return policy is beyond ridiculous. They make it nearly impossible to return and if you do return, it takes days to communicate with them. And you have to paying shipping to China! I have ordered 2x now. I ordered a second time hoping my 1st experience was a fluke. It wasn't. It's a terrible company with poor quality products and horrible customer service.

I can't return 2 dresses within the return window. I ordered 3 dresses on April 10, 2019, they arrived about 1 month later. I liked one but the others were too big. I want to return them and after 4 emails they still will not take them back. At first, they recommended that I gift them to a friend. Now I hear that shipping to China is too expensive so they have suggested that I keep them and they will refund me 10%. I have called my credit card company, the clothes look good but the service is nonexistent!

It took a month to receive my clothes. There is no where on their website that states that their poorly made, incorrectely sized clothes were being shipped from China. I requested to cancel my order before they shipped the clothes, they were actually on back order, and they asked me to reconsider. I said "no". They shipped them anyway, and each item is constructed from cheap material. The actual clothing looks nothing like the images on their website. I order an XL shirt and it's actually a small size. They will not send a return shipping label and expect me to pay for the return shipping to China. They are offering me a 10% refund off of the $171 I spend. Of course, that is minus the $22 shipping that I paid for, so actually, it's 10% of $149, so $15 refund for clothes I will never wear. This company is a total scam!!! They are also disguising their company as other companies with a different name, but same merchandise. Buyer Beware!!!!

Terrible, took forever, items not even what the pictures look like and they won't take them back. Do not buy from them. They need to be shut down;. 6 email exchanges and I'm stuck.

My wife ordered and received a summer dress and was astonished at the poor cheap quality of the fabric. Requested refund - JULLYMART asked if I could "sell on" or "give to others" or receive a 15% discount off my next purchase - NO THANK YOU. I requested refund and was informed that I would have to pay full extortionate shipping costs to return goods to China. Dress not worth the extra cost.

Do not order anything from jullymart because they got my money.i called customer service and they were rude.told me don't waste there time.isnt this funny when this company has my money.

I ordered 2 dresses size M and I received them after 6 weeks. 1 is too small and the other too big and they look nothing like the pictures. Terrible quality. Never purchase from them!

I placed an order on March 26 and finally received it today May 18. I order a pair of denim loafer style sneaker/shoes and they are too small. Another pair of simple slip on casual sandals and a dress. All Very cute online. The slip ons just fit due to the fact that they are slip ons without a heel. The dress is almost paper thin and isn’t loose fitting like that shown in the online picture. Although I’m a medium, 5’7, 36c, woman I guess I should have ordered maybe an XL to get the same look as the online photo. I followed the size chart and ordered as indicated.
I never knew this was a company based out of China otherwise I would have never ordered from Jullymart. I typically calmly read reviews and did not until I had already ordered. I did remain positive. Online reviews weren’t positive at all.

I wish I'd read the reviews before ordering.
As with many reviews here, I found the sizing terrible and the quality of the merchandise very poor.
JULLYMART suggested that I have a reduction on my next order but would not give a refund. In fact they suggested I kept the items and sold them to someone who "needed" them!

Order #10968 Took over 4wks to receive. Shirt was listed as cotton linen. What I received was poorly made shirt, made from a polyester cheap thin material. I sent an email on May 1st and have never received an answer about refund and return.

I saw this company advertising their clothing for sale on Pinterest! Thinking Pinterest would never allow anyone who had bad business practices on their website, and had done the legwork of making sure they were legitimate and reputable! How wrong was I! I bought 4 tops from them, took over 6 weeks to receive. Terrible fabric, but worst part, they do not fit. Way too small! Not US sizes. When asked about returning them, I was told that it would be too costly to return! Seriously? Then found out they were shipped from China. They asked could I sell to my friends? (Laughable) and would I accept a partial refund? Ummm...this is just wrong! Partial?? Terrible theft going on inside Jullymart company!
I feel taken advantage of....I now have 4 tops I paid $114.00 for and cannot use! Pinterest should be held somewhat responsible for allowing a company with less than questionable business tactics! What a scam!
Pinterest, do your viewing audience a favor and remove Jullymart!!
Whatever you do....DO NOT buy from Jullymart!
