Bought a wedding band set and an additional band. The size was too big. I haven’t been able to reach them for an exchange. Terrible service! Do not use this company.
Bought a wedding set and have had it for less than a year. Their site states their materials are made of .925 silver and won't tarnish or turn your fingers colors. BULL. My rings are tarnishing and TURNING my fingers green!! Contacted customer support with proof. They come back and try to give me a whole 30% off buying a whole new set which I said no! They then tell me they will give me a whole new set for free and I just need to pay shipping of $30. I finally said fine and asked how to go about it only for them to come back once again and only offer the 30% off. I again tell them absolutely not. They have now stopped responses all together! Absolutely horrible customer service and company. Go elsewhere!!
I ordered 3 rings on Feb 4th and paid an extra charge for shipping. I messaged several times about the order. I finally received the order on 3/9. Upon opening the box, there was a missing stone from an engagement ring laying in the box. One of the settings sits clearly below the height of the others. It looks low quality. This is very disappointing after an extended delay and extra shipping fee. Juluro is asking me to pay another shipping fee to correct this. I offered to return the ring for a refund.
Update 3/12/24: Juluro is offering to resend a new ring without paying more shipping. I will post an update when a new ring is received.
Update 6/14/24: Juluro sent a new ring. When the box was opened a stone was already laying in the box just like the first ring. These are very low quality rings that you would expect from a street vendor. They are not genuine materials or workmanship. I sent a picture to the vendor the day the package was received. They suggested the ring was damaged in transit. I am too exhausted to continue dealing with them and ha e accepted the loss of funds. Do not purchase from this vendor
I belive this company to be a scam. I placed my order on January 29th 2024. It arrives today March 9th 2024 and was nothing but an empty ring box. Do not order unless you want your money stolen. I paid for expedited shipping the order according to there own standards should have arrived to me with in 14 days. Sadly it though the package came from them and was unopened it was nothing but an empty box
The jewelry is so beautiful! I have received so many compliments on a wedding ring set my husband got me for our 20th anniversary! It looks just like real diamonds! I am a real customer and this is my true experience with this company!
So beautiful ring I received, Definitely l will buy more from this online shop, thank you🎈
