Worse casino ever. I spent over 400 dollars and buy a bonus on a few games no wins all losses. REporting them to BBB and also going to have this site knocked down to the ground. I am telling everyone stay away from any sweepstake casino. I have had good luck with some but this one was by far the worse casino ever and do not play. RUN AWAY FROM THEM. I will be sharing this on all social media and going to post a youtube video with all the games i played to show you how rigged this is and no regulations and no protection from online casinos.

Purchased a 150SC for$ 100 package, and was surprised with a 2250 wagering requirement. Arcade games only contribute 10%, slots count 100%, and best case scenario at a 97% RTP i'd be left with around $80 at the end. Totally fraudulent and I don't see them staying in business long if they continue like this.

Its unfortunate that yet another sweepstake casino has left me here to write a one star review, but i have no other option. I have been playing Jumbo88 for a few months, never winning enough to redeem. Finally, i grew my balance to a healthy $1,000 and decided it enough. I attempted a redemption request but received an error code. I messaged Jumbo88 and they suggested a list of things to try, but to no avail. After several messages, they said they fixed the problem on their end and to try again. Finally, 5 days after winning on August 23rd, i requested a redemtion. A week later, their website still showed my redemption as pending. I emailed customer service and they said it has been approved and sent to my bank. I asked my credit union and they could not confirm this. I messaged Jumbo again and they were quick to answer, ..."sometimes it takes a few days". I waited and watched. One day, i was no longer able to see past redemptions on their website. They had removed that option from the transaction history tab. I messaged now 4 times since then and have yet to get a response. It is now September 7th, 15 days after my initial request and Jumbo88 is ghosting me.

I know this is a newer sweeps casino so I want to give it an honest review since some people think it’s a scam. Now, first and foremost understand the play throughs are different. Although it’s 1x, you literally have to play through every coin package purchase to be able to redeem. I had like 300 sc or more from hitting after spending $130, and still felt like I had no chance at all to actually play through and redeem which I think is blasphemous. The best part about this is i eventually hit for $800 total, cashed out, and received it not even 24 hours later. So is it a scam? Absolutely not, I was hitting like crazy for high amounts and got my biggest hit yet as an early sweeps player. I just genuinely feel like it should be avoided unless you want to deal with the ridiculous play through rules. Jumbo88, please make your play through like Chumba, Baba Casino, etc, you’ll 100% become more popular and successful!

Amazing support personelle they were very knowledgeable and extremely fast when handing the one small issue I had the games are great I cashed out over 1000$ in my first 24 hours and it was paid immediately!

I have made a review of $1416 on August 29th, contacted support and said it would be processed the next business day, now almost exactly a week later the withdrawal still shows up as pending. I have contacted support multiple times and they have not responded although they responded within 3 hours to my
original question. I would be careful of using this site. I will remove this review once they send me my withdrawal and reply to the support inquiries.

Play through rate is a scam. I initially went to book of 99 with 200$ and raised it to 350 to realize they don’t allow that game to count towards it so I had to wager about 1400$ to be able to withdraw. I luckily was able to withdraw anything after that playing big bass bonanza. Crazy though they had the wager requirement up to 1400$ from my measly 200$. Pretty much a complete scam.

When you look up a SC site, on Trustpilot, you will find 2 different kind of reviews. One of a person who just won---- and gives it 5Stars, because its the greatest thing ever---- And somebody else who will give it 1 Star because they just lost, and think that the RTP is fake. #Facts

When you look at Jumbo88 Reviewers--- the same applies, but even more so. Just look at the review history for all of the people who give it 1*. Complaining about every site they play on, how rigged they are etc etc.

At the same time--- You see a lot of people who give Jumbo88 Five stars, because they just won, rightfully so.

Here's my experience.

I have deposited almost 1500 into their site. At one point, I had over 11,000SC in redeemable winnings. Would I give it 5 Stars? Absolutely.

Then, I got playing, and betting 40-50SC a spin. Did I loose a lot? Sure did. Could I have been one of those people who came on TrustPilot and wrote a bad review? Sure I could.

Is that fair? Nope.

I have redeemed once, successfully. I redeemed almost 400, and it was in my account within 24 hours. I have not been lucky enough to be "instant" like some people have, but I have gotten paid.

That said- I have Two, 2000.00SC redemptions pending, that did NOT get processed in the one day. I've been in touch with support, who tells me that its moving along as it should. It's one thing to process 395SC-- Its altogether another to process 4000SC. Reviews take time. I get it. Am I a little nervous? Sure I am. It's a lot of money, who wouldnt be, am I putting them on blast because they are taking time? Nope because I want them to be just as confident paying me, as I am paying them. That's how a SC site works.

You are going to eventually loose when you play SC sites online. Just like you are going to eventually loose when you go to a land based casino. You are going to eventually loose when you play cards with friends. That's the risk. Play for fun, and enjoy the games. Look up the reviewers history--- good and bad. Nobody is going to write a 5Star review when they lost their tail, just like nobody is going to write a 1Star review when they won huge.

I'll gladly update my review myself, with a note, when that redemption is processed, or if they don't pay--- TrustPilot will be the first to know, because that's not right etiher. But a review should be honest, and it should be based on the overall performance of the business.

Lastly- Customer service at Jumbo88, is pretty good. Each email that I have sent to them, has been promptly answered, and addressed. Verification is almost instant. Maybe redemptions for small amounts are instant. I like that they are adding new features to the site, like the prize wheel. I would like it if they would add a VIP program.

I'll update this, or write another review as necessary, but I encourage everyone playing on Jumbo88 to give them a chance, and play for yourself, and enjoy the fun, that I have had-- (and even those negative reviewers have had at one point or another).

Garbage. I bought a small package. I think like 9.99 for 15 sc or whatever. It wasn’t much. I played a little a won a big bonus and a few others. When I played it down to 100 which was after playing a while I stopped. I noticed I had to verify my account. So I wait until the next day and when I go to withdraw it says I have zero redeemable sc. then it shows a playthrough. I really high playthrough. Like crazy high. I couldn’t believe it. The playthrough on a 9.99 package was around 300 dollars. When I looked it up everything said that it was a 1X playthrough. It’s not. When I asked and they told me to read the terms and conditions. It is between 1-1000x. 1000x playthrough. Then some slots. Normal slots you play like sugar rush 1000 is only 25 percent towards your playthrough. 1000 times. I’ve never seen that and I would never ever ever ever ever make a purchase knowing that and if you do make a purchase after seeing how ridiculous it is. How much you have to play from a 9.99 purchase then there is something wrong with you. They are a garbage site. Any site you play when you make a purchase is a 1x playthrough. Except for a few which are crap too. Do not deposit here. DO NOT. Imagine if you made a purchase of 50 bucks. You’d have to playthrough thousands and thousands before being able to withdraw. Let this company go under and don’t waste your money. I just can’t see how anyone would make a purchase here. Sorry. Jumbo88 Casino is pure garbage. Most of their games feel completely rigged, I kept playing, spinning even upping my bets, buy again but nothing was hitting at all. Their RTP is insanely low compared to other sites. On top of that, there’s no support chat when you actually need help—just a bunch of lazy people running the place. To make it worse, they blocked me from playing 3 Oaks games after I had access when I first signed up. Now I’m restricted for no reason or games aren't allowed at where i lived they say. This site is a scammy dump. Its a 'close account' for me. Not worth my money. Don’t waste a single dollar here.
