I placed an order and when it did not arrive, I sent a series of 4 emails asking if there was any hold up. All greeted with silence. What disgraceful customer service. I am now going to escalate to Paypal

It’s worth the waiting. The product is fine only it seems the foam gets thinner as you sit on it on daily basis.

My knee discomfort (as a 22 year old replacement) has reduced significantly!!

When I do need revision surgery......I am certain it will be a great asset....

When I received my cushion I found there was sum stitches badly finished on 1 side of the cushion. I did send some pictures of the cushion to your email address but never heard anything from yous so I took this opportunity to let you know about my disappointment.

Useful items, low prices, fast delivery.

I have bought from Jumbokiwi before with no problems. This time my order didn't turn up, so I waited a few days after the stated delivery window and tried to contact the company. I tried the contact facility on the website but got no response. I emailed the company but still got no response. Eventually I had to use the Paypal complaints procedure to see if they could get a response. A few days after I initiated the complaint I received what I think is an automated email from Jumbokiwi stating that my item was out for delivery, and it turned up a few days later. I never got a response from the company directly or via Paypal.

Unfortunately the orthopaedic cushion is quite shoddily made and not quite the same as shown on the website, and as a sitting cushion my wife found it quite uncomfortable. I was going to return it for a refund, but considering the trouble in delivering the item, I thought I could lose the cushion as well as £30. My wife is using the cushion not as intended so it's not a total loss, but I am quite disappointed.

From previous experience with Jumbokiwi, I would say they were ok, but after this experience and product, unfortunately I won't be using them again.

This is really an amazing little cushion, I sat on it for a few hours the 1st evening. I couldn't believe how comfortable it was & to already feel less pain in my lower back when I stood up. It has improved over the short time I have been using it. I sit on it when I am at home & I feel now more in control again ie not being in constant pain & have noticed less & less pain & being able to stand up right again is wonderful!

Very fast and efficient service. Cushion is marvellous and certainly makes sitting much better for my back.

Having ordered the jumbokiwi, I then had a question. I used the email on the website to ask a question and have never received a reply, though it says they always reply to queries. When the order was eventually mailed to me I looked up the carrier and the reviews are terrible. My order did eventually turn after a long time. I would never use this supplier again.

I ordered 2 orthopaedic knee pillows with spare covers and they were delivered fairly quickly, Very happy with this purchase. Prior to this, I ordered the orthopaedic dual cushion and still have not received this - over 1 month later. I have tried contacting the company, but the on-line links don't work. I contacted Paypal to chase up. I received an e-mail 2 days ago to say my order is on its way.

Avoid this firm at all costs. We are now well past the delivery estimate and have not received the goods. The money has - of course been taken. E mails bounce back. There is no phone number - even checking with BT phone directories.

Appalling customer service- ordered a month ago with priority delivery - not even had confirmation of dispatch and no response to my emails . Very frustrating - won’t be buying from them again !

The back stretcher was delivered more than 5 weeks after the order was placed.
When the item arrived three of the plastic pins were broken off, so not sure whether more pins will fall off with use.

Unfortunately the memory foam on my recent purchase is already pretty squished (after a couple of months) and is not as substantial as I would have expected. My previous purchase was good for over a year which is why i bought another one. Disappointed!!

Prompt delivery, goods as described.

Product is great so far. Translation of packaging/directions for use of the Waist Relax Mate not so great. "Points for attention - Do not use malignant tumors within 20 minutes after meals." Not kidding. Read the page that comes with the Back Stretcher

I still haven’t received my order #15863 which I ordered on 11/11/20. I enquired about it’s whereabouts on 22/12/20 and have still not had the courtesy of a reply. I am not impressed. Please either send the goods or refund my payment.

Great product, given as a gift and they think they are great.

It is a good product but it took so long for delivery.
