I am being ignored!!! The last time I was answered was on December 11th. I wrote a new request a week ago and no one has answered yet. Ticket #768834 Ticket number: 748275, I want you not to ignore me but to contact me later because I paid money for it and the parcel was lost for the amount of 1650 euros !!!

Unfortunately this was a TERRIBLE experience. I have sent 2 packages to the US from Germany, first they were picked up at the wrong time (too early) and the pickup person rushed me and then said he would put the lable on, to speed up the process, with the result that they were both shipped to a different state! When the packages finally arrived one of them was heavily damaged and the art pieces were ruined and unusable by my client. I contacted Jumingo 7 months ago with the images of the ruined packages and asked for compensation not only of the shipping cost and possibly the art pieces. I received 3 emails in the last 7 months that it will still take a bit to work on this. Now they are not responding to my emails at all anymore. I phoned them, was on hold for 5 minutes and was then informed that they were too busy and I would try it later. THIS IS A NIGHTMARE SERVICE!

This is a scam company. Stay away from it.

I booked and paid for a shipment of two suitcases through their website. Before booking, I carefully measured and weighed both suitcases multiple times to ensure the information was accurate. I am an engineer, and I know how to use a scale and a meter. The details were as follows:

- Package: 36 × 35 × 54 cm, 18.0 kg
- Package: 39 × 31 × 62 cm, 18.0 kg

The total price I paid for both shipments was €108.74.

The website stated that the courier would take care of labeling the suitcases. However, when the courier arrived, they were not prepared to do so, and I had to print and attach the labels myself. Despite this, the courier accepted the suitcases without any objections or remarks regarding their size or weight.

Several weeks after the suitcases had arrived at their destination, I received an email from Jumingo claiming that both suitcases were allegedly larger and heavier than declared, and requesting an additional payment of €43.44. According to them, the first suitcase supposedly measured 55 × 45 × 36 cm and weighed 21 kg, while the second allegedly measured 65 × 50 × 45 cm and weighed 20 kg.

I contacted Jumingo to explain that this was incorrect and that the measurements were accurate at the time of shipment. After a couple of follow-ups from their side, the issue appeared to be dropped, and I received no further communication.

Nearly one year later, I was suddenly contacted by a debt collection agency (Debtist Inkasso), demanding a total of €96.74 for the alleged outstanding amount, including interest and penalties.

To avoid further complications, I paid the amount requested by the debt collection agency. However, it is completely unacceptable that a shipment which was initially paid in full and accepted by the courier without any issue ultimately cost nearly €200 to ship two small, cabin-size suitcases—based on unsubstantiated claims made long after delivery.

I have now contacted my lawyer to assess what legal steps can be taken in response to this matter. Jumingo should expect to hear from me again shortly.

I consider this conduct highly unprofessional and misleading, and I strongly recommend choosing a more transparent and reliable shipping company than Jumingo.

I ship to the US quite a lot (as someone from a European country) and sometimes they have great prices, other times they’re more pricey than any other providers
But they’re safe to go and I put a lot of trust in them

hello everyone, I would like to leave a bad review here, I had a very bad case with the JUMINGO company and I can see that it's not only me who complains, people also had problems with it, I bought a product through their company, I sold a product and I had to send it to the recipient and even to this day nothing has reached the recipient, it's been almost 2 months since I waited for the package to be delivered, but I say that it was delivered but they have no proof of how they delivered it and They don't even want to start an investigation, and they don't answer our messages, and they don't completely ignore us on the phone, be careful not to be lied to by them, this is my case number 747092

I am issuing a formal notice regarding a shipment booked via your platform over six months ago. I purchased VIP service and full insurance (over €600) to send nine boxes from Germany to London. Only four have been delivered; four parcels remain missing.

UPS has confirmed that all case details were provided to Jumingo as the contracting sender. Despite repeated contact, I have received no clear update and no formal communication regarding the insurance claim.

Given the prolonged delay, the goods must be considered lost. This constitutes a failure to provide the insured service and a breach of contractual obligations.

If no resolution is provided within 7 days, I will escalate the matter through legal and consumer protection channels

Hello, please help me. I chose the company JUMINGO to make a gift to deliver a gift to my family and I decided to send it through this company and I am very disappointed because the gift did not reach its destination. The company does not answer my messages. They ignore me and do not help me find this gift where it was lost. Although I paid for their services for insurance, I still paid because it would arrive faster, but this did not help anything. They completely ignore me and I want to leave them only bad notes so that everyone can see what this company is doing. 1Z02W93E0494739904 is the tracking number. They do not even have any proof of where they delivered and they said that they did not even check the documents of the person who received it and who knows where the courier left this gift.

I was just very easy and seamless. The UPS driver made an effort and was polite and helpful. Really feel I can reply on them. Ordering the pickup through Jumingo was super easy and cheaper than anyone I had found thus far. 5 stars.

Easy to use to send Documents via courier.

Offered lowest rates compared to the actual providers. I used it a few times to send documents to India from Germany and they always reached within 4 business days (including the day of shipping).

Great service. Sending something to the USA needs choices and documents difficult to make. With them it was easy.
It has a cost, but I will choose again this platform if I have to send presents to the USA.

My parcels arrived in a good state and even earlier than expected! Tracking worked well and I didn't encounter any issue. The price was also very good.

After finding this site on Google I was skeptical at first but after trying it, I found that the process to be more than adequate for my purpose for sending a package from Germany to the US during the Christmas rush. The site was easy to use and offered good options for a good price. I chose UPS 3-4 day service for a bit more than 1 Euro in cost. This saved me from having to drop off my package as UPS picked it up and it arrived in Arizona quicker (less than 2 days) than the anticipated arrival date. The only thing I would negatively comment on was the instructions for the export receipt and how it is supposed to be attached to the package. I did a quick search and found my answer. Also, the same export papers where not attached to my email receipt and must be printed on the order confirmation page. Other than that, I would definitely recommend using this service and would do so again in the future.

I had a very good chance to compare Jumingo with a cheap company. I ordered a drop-off-point cargo from that company first. It remained as “rejected” for days. I sent messages to tell that my schedule is tight and I need to know. They did not answer. I gave up and arranged a UPS collection from Jumingo in the last day. Just slightly more expensive, but collected from home. In the meanwhile, the other company corrected the rejection. I first wanted to request a refund, but then I decided to drop a second box to them (because I was moving from Milan to Berlin with lots of stuff). So, UPS came to collect the main box, and I carried the second box to the drop off point in the same morning hours on 17th.

Today, on 19th at 9:13, UPS brought the main box to my Berlin address, but the other box hasn’t been scanned outside Italy yet!

In short, you can get the best service for a very fair price and very easily by using Jumingo. No need to deal with trashy companies.
