What an amazing trampoline! Well built (a bit hard to put up, but with four of us we eventually got there in 3 hours.) The entire family loves it - and since it's rated for 250kg (or there abouts), we can ALL have a bounce. Nice!

I would change the instructions to put the crash pad on last. Made it difficult to install the net with the pad in the way.

Easy to purchase online, once arrived noticed we missed a spring , contacted them straight away and they sent out another one. Great communication & fast delivery. We found we needed 2 people minimum to put trampoline together, we purchased the 15 ft jumplex tramp. Great instructions in pack , easy to follow. Kids really love it, and it’s great for the whole family. Best thing we did.

We bought the jumpflex for our grandchildren for Christmas so it is still in the box but I can say the service was beyond wonderful, delivery was prompt and no split delivery which is always a bonus
