Ordered 2 identical products and only 1 came. I had to use it as I was time constrained. No partial refund as I couldn't prove I only received 1 of 2 (as if that is really possible) and I couldn't send it back as I'd used it. Amazon no use as it was a Market Place order. Thankfully only low value but won't use again.

Return post not honored for faulty goods.
No reply from this company.
Sent back heavy duty black tarpaulins as you could see daylight in many areas, looked like a manufacturing fault.
Okay they refunded the order, but cost me £8.60 to return.
Under consumer rights act, faulty goods return cost should be reimbursed to the customer.
Contacted twice, all I got was no response,nada!
There are plenty of other companies out there selling similar products, but shall avoid this one in the future!

Read the reviews and please do not buy anything from this company. Unfortunately I didn't and did purchase something. I ordered a bio ethinol fire with a glass screen at an extra cost. I also paid for next day delivery. It didn't arrive next day, and after numerous calls and emails with a very rude person, when they actually answered the phone, the fire arrived 4 days later. The glass did not arrive with it, so again I had to ring txt and email to try and find out what was going on. After a week of getting no where, I asked to cancel the order and refund my money including the day postage cost. I had no reply to any of my messages txts or emails and no one answers the phone now. 5 weeks on I still have not received a penny and I have now started a dispute with my bank credit card supplier to refund the money.

I purchased a fire from them on ebay, waited a week and still didn't arrive. Contacted them to find they hadn't shipped it and then told me it was damaged, but was still selling same fire at full price. Took a long time to reply to my messages and offered a small discount which was not enough considering poor service and damage. I now have a hole in a wall, 12l of bioethanol fuel and no fire. Avoid them

So I ordered an item via ebay from this company. They sent me an invite to purchase the product at a 5%discounted rate, my northern ireland address would have been available to them when they made this offer. Purchased item only after double checking the areas they post to both on ebay and online. Both sites claimed to post to many european destinations including ireland. Order.was cancelled by seller 2 days after it was paid for, took further 3 days to receive money back to my account.
Seller told ebay that i asked for purchase to be cancelled! 1st lie!
Contacted them via ebay and via mobile number obtained online.
They claim that the address in 7th largest city in ireland and 2md largest city in northern ireland is too remote for dhl to deliver to. Dhl which has 6 depots locally and one that is 15 miles from the postal address. Thats their 2nd lie!
Contacted DHL themselves to query why my address is classified as remote, they do not classify it as remote! 3rd lie!
DHL have said though that because the item is long (5ft) it may not come under a standard package so it may cost more to send, even though it barely weighs a few kilos.
Unfortunately this isn't the first time this has happened with an amazon or ebay seller recently, but it's the.lies that make it infuriating!
Why don't they tell us there may be an extra charge to northern ireland?
Free postage to mainland still.costs them, just reduce the cost to northern iteland by the cost to deliver mainalnd and give us the.option.
Change your delivery policy to state no northern ireland deliveries so we dont have to waste our time with you. Stop bloody lying about it.!!!!!
An absolute horrible experience made worse by this company's lies but here is my review to them as promised, because i do not lie!

I wish I could leave less than 1 star.
I purchased a toolbox and within 6 months of extremely light usage a wheel sheared off. Emailed this Company with a reply of: we don't offer any warranty!
This is the UK. What about the Sale of Goods Act?
Buy from this Company by all means but remember... Anything that breaks is just throw away.. So assume they sell junk.

Purchased a wall hung bio fire and when used for the first time the paint burnt off the back plate and is now so unsightly. Contacted seller as it is obviously faulty. They keep asking questions, what fuel?, what type of wall?. They are obviously trying to come up with an excuse and to avoid sending a replacement. It was hung on the wall as per their instructions using the same fuel as they recommend. It is not fit for purpose, its a fireplace that you cannot burn??? They are not responding now to my messages. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
