I enjoyed this app for learning Spanish. It was fun and motivating. Easy to operate and learning at my own pace. I received great customer service to help me cancel because I will be moving to Spain and will continue learning in complete real immersion. Jumpspeak gave me a good start and great fun learning experience great job !
The app wasn't for me but there was no issues getting my money back as their 100 day guarantee suggests. Fab customer service. Just a shame the app wasn't to my taste.

I signed up for the app lessons but somehow I was also signed up for personal tutoring - I did not want this or even realise I was signed up. I then received a massive charge of £269 - I reported to jumpspeak that this was an error and I did not want this service but they refused to refund me and are now ignoring my emails.
Shockingly bad customer service, confusing app and appalling attitude.

The feed back is good but it goes very fast. It would be helpful to make the correction and make you repeat or try again instead of continuing on.

I've been using the app now for 40 days. Their marketing takes shots at DuoLingo & they go on about how immersive learning is different & how their app will help you get conversational in a week etc... however I spent almost AUD$90 for an annual subscription and it doesn't give you access to their AI tutor so you only get their basic which, to be honest, is very similar to what DuoLingo gives for free. I'm stuck with it for a year so I'll keep it & any exposure to a new language is better than none... but I'm not impressed.

I managed to duplicate an account (all my fault) but Jumpspeak was helpful in refunding the duplicated payment.
I find Jumpspeak to be a more effective language learning app than Duolingo. It is more realistic with conversations and scenarios that happen in real life.

Customer service is wonderful! No matter your question, they have the answer!!
The introductory offer is what drew me in. Hoping that it would be vastly different from other language apps, I didn’t find it to be that way. I would have been more interested if the conversational lessons were about real life situations for the foreign traveler. Unfortunately, I didn’t take advantage of the one on one lessons which may have helped me but I lost interest before I felt confident enough to attempt them. In the end, I stopped before the trial ended and as promised, the credited my account within a day or so.

I used Duolingo for years but got to a point where there was no feed back.
What I like about Jumpspeak is I really like the interactive aspect and the speaking

Very easy to grasp what is being said and to understand. Very well presented and taught.
It looks like a very comprehensive package for language learning but you have to accept it as a supplement rather than a sole vehicle for learning.
Useful if you’re are planning to visit a country and get to know a few words and phrases.
Customer service were quick to respond to my request for a refund so no complaints with that.

The lay out of the app is easy to navigate and there are literally 100s of topics to choose from at your own level.
There's no rush and after a very short time you feel you're making progress.
Great customer support too.

They were very helpful in their explanation,and replied to me right away.
The only thing is that it takes a long time to load.Other than that I have no complaints.
I love all the different venues to learn the Italian language.
Even with my busy schedule I can manage 15 min a day.
I am glad I bought lifetime,because this will be a long journey.

Although I was confused originally because I subscribed on the website and thought I had used my regular email address but, I guess, because I paid through Google it used my Gmail account.
Support clarified the issue for me and once I created the login with the correct email all is fine. No problems with app.
Customer support was very prompt and helpful. Top notch support
Really poor, also very expensive and rebilled 55 euros after I had cancelled. Total rip off. Avoid
