Jumpstr is a wonderful asset for publishing music. It’s user friendly, fast and easy to navigate with clear answers to help you get started. I appreciate the quick turn around from upload to publish. Creators create while Jumpstr does the legwork. Highly recommend.

My AI music was on the platform for 8 months. My music was gaining traction and I asked why there was no earnings and they sent me an email saying that they are removing my music and that the decision is based on the stores' policies against certain types of content, such as unauthorized samples or music that doesn't meet their originality standards. First the message is vage and no other platform has a problem with my music.

It went much faster than expected to release a song on Spotify, (few days instead of an expected week) - NICE!

As a user, I have encountered two major issues that make the service unusable and, frankly, suspicious:

Unjustified Collection of Financial Data: The platform is now forcing users to provide bank details without providing any clear explanation or legal justification. This lack of transparency is highly concerning and resembles phishing or scam-like behavior. I am not comfortable sharing sensitive financial information without knowing exactly how it will be used and why it is suddenly mandatory.

Upload Bugs (Copyright Line Error): There is a persistent technical glitch that prevents me from uploading songs. The system triggers a "copyright line format" error regardless of the information entered. This bug effectively halts the primary function of your service.

I have always valued this platform, but these recent developments are unacceptable. I request a clear explanation regarding the mandatory bank details and an immediate fix for the upload system.

It let me put my already made song onto Spotify for free sure it did mistake it as a random nonexistent song at first but it took only like a week

Such an easy process. Pretty cool to be able to share your music.

Into my fourth day now with my account under review and it said it would only take 24-48 hours. Messages sent off but only getting automated replies. Now is there a scam going on here? How many other musicians and composers have given up and left Jumpstr only to find Jumpstr is still collecting revenue from the artists uploads. If that is the case is what Jumstr doing legal?

So I love it. Released my song way earlier then quoted, and the process was super easy!
