The “not found” error can sometimes happen if a VPN is being used, as many advertisers block VPN traffic for security reasons. We recommend disabling any VPN while completing tasks. Task availability can also vary by region and advertiser demand.

JumpTask is a good platform overall
JumpTask is a good platform overall. However, the “Watch & Earn” section is not properly tracked. Many advertisers do not provide a YouTube redirect link or a proper tracking link from JumpTask. Instead, they simply ask users to go to a video, watch at least 2 minutes, and click the link in the description.
When you check carefully, most of them include their own affiliate links instead of a JumpTask tracking link. I would estimate that about 85% of advertisers do this.
Because of this, it seems that JumpTask works well for advertisers, but not for earners.

We’d like to clarify that tracking for “Watch & Earn” tasks works properly according to the setup provided by our partners. Not all links included in YouTube descriptions are directly related to Jumptask, but the tracking mechanism does not depend on the link being branded as Jumptask.
Each offer has specific tracking conditions defined by the advertiser, and rewards are credited once those conditions are correctly completed and verified by the system.

I don't recommend using their platform.
I've been using JumpTask for more than 3 years without any issues, and all of a sudden they restricted my account saying "I violated their terms of services".
I've got several payouts from Honeygain to them...
I lost over 35JMPT.
I've contacted them because i did not use the platform other than that, but they only provide me with an automated email that lists "possible activities", and mentions that my account "will remain suspended and access will not be reinstated".
It seems like that they attract you for some time and once you have enough jmpt on your account, they terminate it all of a sudden for no proper reason.
I don't recommend using their platform.
Update (26/02/2026): They let me withdraw my earnings from Honeygain. Although that, they will not provide me the reason of the account termination, because of their "user agreement"...

I’ve been using Jumptask for a while…
I’ve been using Jumptask for a while now and overall it’s been a positive experience. The platform is easy to navigate, tasks are clearly explained, and payments are processed reliably. It’s a good option if you’re looking to earn small rewards online in your spare time.
What I appreciate most is the variety of tasks available and the transparency of the system. Like any task platform, consistency depends on availability, but the user experience is smooth and beginner-friendly.
I’d recommend Jumptask to anyone who wants a simple way to complete micro-tasks and earn extra on the side.
